We at ExpressBuy123 know that information is important. We have a ZERO information solicitation policy. We do not rent, sell, or trade any information you have provided. Your credit card information is secured as well as your contact information. All transactions are performed on secured severs. We also partner with PayPal to ensure the highest quality of protection.

Return Policy

 

Contact us via e-mail and within 7 CALENDAR[1] days if:

• Received incorrect order
• If you received an item which is not what you ordered, we messed up! The robots packing your boxes must have had a short circuit, we apologize. Contact us within 7 calendar days.
• Do not open the packaging of the product.
• You must have all original packaging, shipping labels, accessories, and anything else you’ve received.
• We will issue a Return Authorization number and email you with further instructions.

• If you received a defective (not working) product, contact us within 7 calendar days.

If we deem one of the above scenarios is applicable to your order, you will receive (at our discretion) an exchange or refund.

 

 

Shipping Policy

 

We value you very much. We know our customer’s time is very important. We strive to ship our products the same day we receive the order. Most orders are shipped the same day they are ordered.

                                                           

Once products are purchased:

• At most, they will be shipped within 48 hours. (They are seldom shipped in two or more days of purchase)

In the event of delayed shipment:

• ExpressBuy123 is not responsible for delays in shipping outside of our control including, but not limited to, inclement weather.

 

For our international customers, your country may have taxes and duties. Please check to make sure if the product you purchased has taxes or duties imposed by your local country’s Customs.

 

In the event Customs taxes and duties are incurred, we are not responsible:

• If sent through Fedex or UPS, international customers will be contacted by the carrier if your country’s local Customs agency imposes taxes or duties.
• Customers are then responsible for paying the taxes or duties.
• If sent through USPS, please contact your local post office.
