Exquisite Dolls

We just had an ebayer try to buy an auction item for less than the minimum bid, then bought it anyway. Then she made a paypal claim and asked for a partial refund claiming item was damaged. She did not pay for insurance and claimed that I put the item in the box damaged and did not include a manual. I thought the manual was in there but I e-mailed an adobe copy to her which you can download off the website. That made her mad too! Never bothered to write me first with any complaints which is proper protocol. I noticed she has many negative feedbacks for playing this partial refund game so I copied the feedback other people had given her and sent them to paypal. Then she wigged on me, crazy e-mails and closed the claim with paypal before I could respond because I told paypal I was contacting others that dealt with her to see how many left her a positive just to avoid getting a negative themselves. She knew I would find many others that she did this to so she closed the paypal claim immediately. In the end, she returned the item and it was in perfect condition, just like I sent it. Why she got so mad and worked up is beyond me. It was really a principle thing. I lost money on the transaction but she need to know people are wise to her. So if you see a negative pop up, it's because of this crazy ebayer!

Terms and All that Legal Stuff
Shipping charges listed on each auction and may be combined if multiple auction items are purchased. Paypal is our preferred payment, but we also welcome checks, and money orders. You may even use Paypal for layaway payments! There will be a $25 returned check fee for bounced checks, so please be very careful when you send us a check!

If for any reason you need to cancel an order, if you change your mind, you will be responsible for any charges we have incurred, including ebay fees, paypal fees, anything points fees, and a 10% restocking charge. This is usually about 20-25%. The charges we incur to sell dolls on ebay is very high, but we do it so that you, the collector, have the convenience of finding your favorite dolls and purchasing them easily. Many collectors don't have doll shops near them, so we provide many dolls on ebay as a service to you. You may choose to use your deposit towards another doll that is available. If a doll is damaged in shipment, we will pursue the claim through UPS or USPS and will replace your doll. If for some reason we are not able to replace the doll, if she is a limited edition and can't be repaired, we will refund your money.
