To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.

The winning bidder(s) pays shipping in addition to the final bid price, unless pickup is available and agreed upon

Payment is to be made within 3 days of item ending, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Items generally will be sent within 24hrs of payment being received, however, some items may be temporarily out of stock and have
a slight delay. Please ask if you are unsure if item is in stock.
When out of stock individual items, we will either offer you an item of equal or greater value (at no extra cost to you) or a full refund (unless
you would prefer to wait until the item comes back into stock).
If we are out of stock of particular PC components due to supply issues, we will replace with a component of equal or greater value.
Insurance of goods against loss (ie registered/express post) is your responsibility. Unless specified and paid for, goods will be
sent by normal post.
All due care is taken in packing of goods. Items that become faulty as a result of transport/mishandling are not covered by our
warranty policy.
Extreme IT is is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods while in transit.
We are not responsible for your knowledge of any item offered. Every opportunity is provided to clarify details you are unsure
about prior to entering into the sale.
