Customer Service Information:

• At EyewearIsland, we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest level of customer service. Our customers know that each transaction is guaranteed to meet their satisfaction level. If a problem arises, wel fix it.

• Customer service is available Mon-Fri from 9:30am - 6:00pm. Please click on the Ask Seller a Question on the auction page, or click on the Contact Member to request any information you may need.

Payment methods we accept

• All buyer must checkout using our secure checkout system. Upon winning an item you will receive an email confirming your purchase, Please click on the checkout button proceed with your payment. Once you are done buying click on the checkout button and this will allow you to pay using Paypal or tell us that you are sending A Check or Money Order. To pay using BidPay click on the BidPay logo on the auction page.

• Payment must be received within 10 days of winning.

• We gladly accept the following payments, PayPal, Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order, BidPay, Western Union or Money Gram.

Shipping and Delivery

• Our cut off time is 12:00pm for all web orders unless you requested to rush your order via phone or email. We take pride in shipping your order with the shipping method you requested to get your order on time.

• Yes we do accept international orders and all items are shipped with secured packing and tracking number confirmed. (We are not responsible for local Customs or Duty charegs.)

• Yes we do combine shipping for both domestic and international orders. to complete your order click on the checkout link and enter your email address to combine your order and make your payment.

• Upon shipping your order we will email you with the tracking number and the carrier we shipped you order with. Due to spam filters on your computer you may not receive our tracking information. Please allow 48Hrs to receive the tracking number before sending us an email.

Exchanging Sunglasses or Eyeglass Frames

• All sunglasses and eyeglass frames are eligible for exchange within 14 days of the original ship date. Upon receipt of your order please contact us and we will assist you in reserving A new item and issuing an RMA number..

Warranty and Repair Policy

• At EyewearIsland we only sell brand new, 100% authentic genuine eyewear All eyeglasses and sunglasses frames come with a one year manufacturer's warranty against defects. If you detect a manufacturing defect (structural design, hinges, colorings), please contact us.
