HISTORY
We have been selling online since 2002 and have thousands of happy customers. From 2003 we are operating GoodVac.com and this is where the most of our vacuums are being sold. We also drop ship vacuums and supply parts to shops. We are a member of VDTA (Vacuum Dealer Trade Association) and we are registered with BBB (Better Business Bureau)
WHAT WE SELL
Our specialty is Kirby and Rainbow brand vacuum cleaners however when we come across a good other brand cleaning system we get it, clean it, make sure that it works perfectly and put for auction here on eBay.
PRICES
Most of Kirby and Rainbow vacuums on eBay will still be priced lower than on our web site but this can be achieved only because with those systems we have pre-owned attachments wands and maybe some other components. Still our vacuums will not be the cheapest you can find here on eBay but we do put time and spare parts and we are truthfully in advertising. We simply can not compete in price with sellers that only spray some Armor-All on a vacuum and say that "my granny never used it".

Our excellent feedback does not mean that our
customers never had a problem with equipment we sold. That means that
any problem will be taken care of in a timely manner and this is very important to know when you are buying something
without ever meeting the seller or touching the product before you pay.

However please have in mind that ALL systems we sell on eBay are 110 volts and shipping charges to other countries usually range from 60 to 250 dollars. From other countries we take bank wire transfer and Western Union ONLY !!!

No warranty on ANY parts, liquids, disposable bags, belts and other consumables.
Warranty is VOID if system is abused or used improperly. Please refer to included manuals. If you did not get the manual – do not use the system, contact us and we will send you a manual A.S.A.P.
DEAD ON ARIVAL
If system is broken or is not functioning properly right out of the box – please call us within 3 business days after the item was delivered. Please do not discard packaging as we may have to file claim with the shipping company.
MISSING PARTS
If system or parts order is missing components or parts – see packing list or receipt for number of boxes or backordered items. If you have all boxes and nothing is on the backorder call us within 3 business days after the item was delivered.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
Buyer may return the item within 7 business days after he/she receives the item - no questions asked. Item must be in the condition it was received. Buyer ships it back to us at his/her expense. We will issue the refund within 1 week less actually shipping charges to the buyer and 10% restocking fee.
