EZAD's Attic
Galveston County's first eBay Trading Post

I live in a small town near the Gulf Coast of Texas, just north of Galveston Island and south of Houston. I have lived here for over 25 years. I was a native Californian. After several years of living in Texas, I eventually got accustomed to the heat and humidity. Every once in awhile we have days with California-like weather which is really refreshing, but not as often as I would like. I still have family who reside in California - 3 sisters and one brother - and I occasionally visit them.

 My husband is an aerospace engineer (literally a rocket scientist) for a company contracted with NASA/Johnson Space Center. I had owned and operated a local independent insurance agency for over 17 years. I sold my agency in September 2005 and opened EZ Auction Depot in November 2005. It was the first eBay 'Trading Post' established in Galveston County. I sold items on consignment on eBay and was a registered trading assistant. I sold the store in July of 2007 to pursue other eBay avenues. I opened EZAD's Attic, my virtual store for online sales. In addition to eBay, I also have my own websites: www.ezadservices.com and ezads-attic.ecrater.com. I still teach eBay classes and occasionally sell items on consignment for others.

I have been registered with eBay since September 1998. Until 2005, I had only 'casually' bought and sold items on eBay. I have found some very interesting items on eBay and impress everyone when I tell them I bought my 2005 Cadillac SRX and my daughter's 2006 Honda CRV on eBay. About 5 years ago, I started teaching classes on eBay Basics through my local community education office. I have been an eBay Education Specialist since 2005 and appeared on 'Great Day Houston!' in 2007 as a local 'eBay expert'.

 I have not been as active on eBay this last year as I have had several other 'life situations' to deal with including recovery after Hurricane Ike. I am hoping to 'ramp-up' again on eBay over the next few months and look forward to doing business again with the eBay community as both a buyer and seller.
