	EzBayer Auction Drop-Off Store
	The EzBayer Co-op currently is two eBay Auction Drop-Off Stores and Pack/Ship Centers located in Houston, TX and Dallas - Fort Worth, TX. We have been trading on eBay since 1997, and began selling as a Trading Assistant for businesses, individuals, and fund raisers several years ago. EzBayer sets the standard for professional, affordable and painless eBay assistance. Our Service and Fees EzBayer is one of the oldest and few independently-owned eBay drop-off stores in the US. Our Trading Assistant fees are lower than most other Trading Assistants offer: $5 per listing and 28% of the sales price for items that sell for less than $500 and 25% if over $500 with no up front fees for non-reserve auctions. The EzBayer Co-operative The EzBayer Co-operative is a group of drop off stores that help each other with market experience, vendor negotiations and discounts, large shared purchases, regional and national marketing, business process consistency, and education. Each store or operation must be approved, and must license the EzBayer trademarks as well as receiving our specialized training relative to eBay drop-off stores. This low cost alternative to a franchise significantly helps the start-up business survive without the high costs of franchise fees (and without the high franchise fees being passed back to the client in how we charge!). EzBayer Co-operative members are charged a reasonable lump sum as an upfront fee, and an ongoing monthly percentage of gross eBay sales. All other store sales are excluded from the monthly fee. A significant portion of the co-op monthly fee goes back to the co-op members to help with any needs the whole co-op or an individual store needs. Financial distributions are decided by the co-op board. EzBayer Co-operative stores are already being discussed for Utah and New York. 	Policies for Our Bidders and Buyers
	EzBayer is one of the oldest and few independently-owned eBay drop-off stores in the US. Our Trading Assistant fees are lower than most other Trading Assistants offer: $5 per listing and 28% of the sales price if the item sells for less than $500 and 25% if the item sells for more than $500 with no up-front fees for non-reserve auctions. If you have any questions about our policies or items for sale, please email us. eBay does not keep auction details available forever; please print the auction page if you think you may want to reference it in the future. Your winning bid is considered a binding contract to purchase the item(s) at the price of your high bid plus shipping and handling included in the description. All sales are final. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds unless we failed to describe the item accurately. Photos of items are the best representation we can offer of what the item looks like. Slight differences in color or brightness of items may be due to how your monitor is set. Shipments being delivered to any Texas address will incur 8.25% sales tax on the item plus shipping costs. There is no sales tax collected by us for all other shipments. All product warranties included in the new items we sell are provided by the manufacturer. Please save your receipt/invoice and contact the manufacturer for details of their policies. Feedback and ratings of bidders and the winner may be checked. The following are situations under which we may not sell the item, and if we find one or more to be true, we reserve the right to cancel a bidder's bid: A bidder's feedback rating is a negative number, as in (-1) or lower. A bidder has received more negative feedback comments than positive feedback comments over the last 60 days. Neutral comments will not be counted. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. For that reason, we will post positive feedback for all completed transactions once we are sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We measure this satisfaction through feedback comments left for us, and check them at least once weekly. * When you receive your item, please remember to leave positive feedback for us! * If there is ever a problem or question before or after the auctions ends, please contact us via email or by calling us at 817.923.0111. Please make sure that your question includes the auction number and an email address in case we need to email you a reply. We don't want negative feedback left for us over something simple that we'd be happy to work out! We want you to enjoy purchasing from us as much as you will enjoy the items we sell. This will expedite your purchase process and help avoid potential errors. Payment must be in US Dollars. Payment must be received by us within 7 calendar days of the auction's end unless you make other specific arrangements with us. Failure to pay within 14 calendar days of the auction's end will result in the auction being canceled and an Unpaid Item report filed. We prefer payment via PayPal to fw-ebay@ezbayer.com. If you pay with PayPal, they will provide you with up to $500 of buyer protection coverage on items purchased from us. Please see PayPal for details. Money orders and cashier's checks may be used when mailed promptly after the end of the auction. We accept returns and provide refunds of the purchase price (less shipping) promptly if we fail to describe our item accurately. We can not refund or accept shipping charges. Requests for refunds must be made wthin 48 hours of your receipt of item, and returned to us no later than 7 days of buyer receipt. We do not accept returns or refunds due to shipping damage or lost packages. We pack and ship carefully and in accordance with the shippers requirements. We are a buySAFE Bonded Seller. Auctions that carry the buySAFE seal come with a surety bond that guarantees that your transaction will be risk-free. Bid with extra confidence that our auctions have accurate descriptions and that we will follow through 100% on all of our policies. Shipping and handling rates for each auction are clearly indicated below the item description. Shipping and handling charges are for our fast service, charges from the shipping carrier, labor, and brand new premium packaging materials. Buyer pays shipping plus amount of winning bid unless description says otherwise. We can not negotiate shipping rates. We ship immediately! Your package will leave our store within one business day from when we receive your payment. We ship Monday through Friday on non-holiday days. We ship light items and some international packages via USPS. Heavier and higher-value items are shipped via Federal Express. We do not use UPS. As most of our packages are shipped through Federal Express, we cannot ship to a Post Office Box. Please provide a home or work address where someone will be available to sign for the package. Please indicate if your address is a home or business address. Business addresses are preferred. You may receive a discount on shipping by combining auctions that you have won within a 48-hour period. Auctions that end more than 48 hours apart must be shipped separately, and will not receive a shipping discount. Shipping insurance is optional, but recommended. We do not accept returns or refunds due to shipping damage or lost packages. All shipping damage or loss claims must be initiated by the buyer and shipping company. We will follow-up at your request after your package is inspected by the carrier. We pack and ship carefully and in accordance with the shippers requirements. Please visit us in person!
