Payment:

- It is not necessary to request the total for your purchase. Our automated checkout will combine your multiple items and calculate the shipping and handling according to your location and preferences.
- Payments thru PayPal must be received within 3 days after the end of the auction.
- Money Orders and Cashier's Checks are also accepted and must be received in no more than 10 days after the end of the auction. If you are going to pay with this method, please checkout in our system to calculate the order total and to receive payment instructions.
- Unpaid items will receive an unpaid strike and negative
feedback. We are charged for eBay sales commissions fees
at the time that you win the auction.
- In order to provide you the best possible service, we use Market Works checkout system. If you don't feel comfortable with external checkouts let us
know to send you a PayPal invoice.
Please include in your mail your zip code,
shipping and handling selection and
insurance option for calculating the order
total. You can also send your payment directly thru
PayPal to

U.S. Shipping & Handling:

- The
Shipping and Handling amount is indicated on each
auction.

Expedited First Class processing service is available for an
additional non-refundable $2.00.

Expedited Priority Mail processing service is
available for an additional non-refundable
$5.00.
(PayPal Confirmed Address is Required for this
service).
- The
expedited processing service guarantees that the
order will be processed and shipped the same
business day that your payment cleared if your
payment is received before 4:00pm Central Time
during weekdays, otherwise it will be shipped the
next business day.
- Insurance is optional at
$1.00
per order. We are not responsible for lost/damaged
uninsured packages. Insurance is provided by a third
company and not by USPS.
- We are
not responsible for returned packages with incorrect
or non deliverable addresses. If your package gets
returned you will be contacted to repay the postage
cost.
- Transit
time for first class packages is between 3 and 13
business days and for priority packages between 2
and 6 business days. Transit time information is
provided by USPS. USPS First Class and USPS Priority
Mail are not "time guaranteed services", we are
unable to provide a guaranteed transit time. Please
refer to the USPS website for more information about
their services.

Canada Shipping & Handling:

- Insurance is
mandatory at
$1.00
per order.
- We are
not responsible for returned packages with incorrect
or non deliverable addresses. If your package gets
returned you will be contacted to repay the postage
cost.
- Orders
to Canada are shipped by USPS International Air
Mail. Transit time is between 8 and 22 business
days. "USPS International Air Mail" is not a
guaranteed service, we are unable to provide a
guaranteed transit time. Please refer to USPS
website for more information about their services.

Combining Shipping & Handling:
|
- Each
auction is considered a single item.
- You can include additional items in your order to save on shipping costs. Once the order is paid we won't be able to include additional items to your order. You
can combine shipping only on items that
shares the same shipping and handling
schedule.
- To properly combine all your items, verify
at checkout that all items are present on
the checkout cart. If you don't see all your
items on the cart, just wait a few minutes
until all your auctions are finalized.

Insurance / Claims & Lost Packages:

Insurance claims can be started 20 business days
after the item was shipped.
- Insurance claims will be issued as
product replacement. The replacement
must be the same product that you
ordered.
- Once a claim is started, the insurance
company takes 24 hours to analyze and
resolve the case. The company may
require a signed "Non Received
Affidavit" signed by the name placed on
the "Ship To".

Returns / Exchanges:

If you received a damaged or the item that
you received doesn't fit the phone listed in
the ad, contact us as fast as you can to
solve your issue.

All refunds will be issued as store credit
or product exchange, no money will be
refunded.

Defective products must be returned for exchange in no
more than 30 days of the day that you placed
your order.

A restocking fee may apply to all non defective returns
