What shipping methods do you use?
We use USPS First Class, UPS Ground & Priority Mail. All the options can be provided with a tracking number. To track your item ( national addresses only) click on the link provided on your Shipping notification e-mail.

All Auction sales are final. In the rare case the merchandise is defective it can be returned for replacement or merchandise credit, if however an error was made in our listing it is under our discretion whether refund or credit will be given . The buyer has 15 days to return a product. No RMA (return materials authorization) is required you must retain proof of mailing and insurance is recommended. All goods must be returned in original packing material and in original condition. Shipping & Paypal charges are not refunded.
