Custom Order Process. 
Step 1 is getting us the design(s). Step 2 is a quote provided with approx s&h. Step 3 is Listing it as a buy it now.
If you wonder what does a custom template or set of templates cost? Here is what is involved. First understand how a template is made. There are 3 separate charges for creating a template(s). The laser does not just cut them out, a VECTOR file has to be created and then it cuts. #1 Cost for ACRYLIC 1/8" thick is roughly $6.00 per 12" square + #2 Cost for LASER RUNNING TIME is $2.50 per minute+ #3 Cost for DESIGN TIME $90 per hour. All of these factors are involved in the process. A single template is roughly $10 on average, but details raise the price such as a lot of engraving or many cuts or details. Every order is different, just so you know the above is what is involved. If you have a design of your own and want a template(s) created just for you, send us the design we can give you a quote and then put it up as a Buy It Now for you. All custom orders are PAID FOR IN ADVANCE. Feel free to email any questions.

Due to CONSIGNMENTS not all auctions/BIN can be combined. Due to USPS requirements for media mail, combining fabric or templates with books/magazines etc. cannot ship at a MEDIA RATE. HEAVY auction wins will ship FedEx home delivery.
Note: We no longer ship EVERYDAY. All our mail is hand carried to the Post Office Tuesday & Saturday: Thursday (FedEx) FedEx shipments go when payment is clear, email for clarification. ALL California residents will be invoiced for 7.75% State sales tax.
Currently auctions that are for FABRIC will receive a "FREE" surprise Laser Cut and Engraved template or a small packet of Hollyhock seeds as our thank you. (note all fabric shipments do contain a fabric softener sheet if you have allergies or do not want that in your order please purchase elsewhere we stock our items ALL with them)
We do not have a retail quilt store any longer, items are all shipped unless stated "pick up only" in listing. We are a mail order licensed business. INTERNATIONAL Buyers/Winners please email before bidding to confirm shipping & handling. If you do not purchase insurance we CANNOT file a claim. S&H is as stated. If you want combined s&h let us know, we hold auctions for 1 week. WE ARE NOT responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.

Please, purchase insurance if you are concerned with a shipping issue. All our shipments are hand carried to the Postmaster (nothing is left in free standing mail boxes).
------REFUND POLICY--------
If auction is NOT as stated in listing due to an error on our part, you may return auction for refund. Refund is amount you paid + shipping cost back to us (we cannot reimburse additional services you add for your shipping it back, only what is paid for and that is stated in auction/BIN listing).
Entire shipment needs to be returned within 7 days of receipt, including all packaging etc.

Once you have received your win/purchase and LEAVE feedback, we then will leave feedback for you. True it is not always possible to have 100%, but repeat buyers are what keeps a business in operation. If you do experience any problem with your purchase please email so we can fix it before leaving feedback, we want you happy!
We love to leave positive feedback once you have left feedback, we will then leave yours (we do not leave feedback until it is left for us).
Items not paid for will be re-listed with a request to eBay for listing credit and appropriate feedback given. We also automatically add to our "blocked bidders list" (on all sites) bidders if payment is not received or if they request us doing it for them.
Feedback is everyone’s responsibility, some prefer not to leave it, as it is our choice.
