Our customers come first! You will recieve email notifications throughout your purchase, from the time you win the auction to the time your items are shipped. We believe in keeping our customers informed throughout their time with us.
Our office hours are: Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. We do monitor emails all day long including the weekends and will reply to you with-in 24 hours. Most of the time much sooner than that.
Family members, related by marriage, (or friends and acquaintances of family members) are not permitted to bid on our auctions for any reason, as this is not good selling practices (as stated in eBay's bidding policy). Bids placed by these bidders will be canceled during the auction.
