My name is JM Leotti and I'm an artist who has experimented with many media including acrylic paint, watercolor, oil paint, pastel, polymer clay, and words. Currently, I’m working in watercolor and acrylic paint and polymer clay creating fantasy paintings and fairy doll sculptures. I'm a person who likes to know the deeper meaning of surface events and symbols, and this has led me to work with fantasy subjects, as I'm intrigued by the many layers of meaning in myth and folklore. My dolls have been published in American Miniaturist, Dollhouse Miniatures, and Contemporary Doll Collector. My images have been licensed by Heaven and Earth Designs, a cross-stitch company. In 2008 I had my first one-woman show, "Finding Faerie, the Art of JM Leotti," which featured my paintings and sculptures, at Zahra's Studio in Beacon, New York. Thanks for stopping by my eBay site.
