A little about me; I am a self taught artist. I have been drawing and painting from an early age.

as soon as I could hold a pencil actually. I have always been interested in painting woman because I feel I can use more colors and I am also sure if I paint a man he will  look like a woman. I hope to paint a male fantasy creation soon that I will not have to throw away in the trash.

I am a stay home mom and hope to keep busy and make enough money to support my painting habit. I love what I do and hope to continue !

I started doing art and craft shows with my painted furniture and decorative items.

only recently have I turned to fantasy art. This has been my true passion. A place where I always fit in. I taught myself to use watercolors , which I always used acrylics in the past. Now I enjoy mixing the two.

My mother had bought me some Amy Brown fairy items for my 34th birthday, and that's where it all began. I became determined to create fantasy art and began painting obsessively. Let me tell you, some of my creations were just terrible. I came a long way from where I began, but still a long way from where I want to be.

I have always loved fashion and makeup. My ideas come from fashion magazines, my own clothing and jewelry, and nature. I am alot like my artwork in the way that if I could I would change my hair color to crazy colors, wear lots of colorful makeup and funky clothing...but that just doesn't work out well when your 39. People tend to look at you strange. I am very shy and social phobic. I suffer from severe panic and anxiety disorder and I find creating fantasy art has been a wonderful way to express what I cannot say or do.

I feel there is no room for jealousy...it's useless and unnessesary. we should learn and become inspired by others . all artists are unique in their own way and should stay true to their style. Just like music...I love korn, but, that doesn't mean I can't listen to 30 seconds to mars.
