For International bidders, I will only give a combined shipping discount for up to 50 ounces, anything more will incure additional shipping costs, This is do to a major increase in the US postal service postage fees...I can also give you a shipping quote for large amounts of bullion...Thank you

New buyers are required to pay for items after they reach over $500, I will hold items, and give you the shipping discount, but please pay at this amount before bidding on other items...Thank you...

OK...heres an answer to a question asked about 5 times aweek...YES, MOST PHOTOS ARE STOCK PHOTOS, That I personally have taken...( I never steal some one elses pictures , and don't expect mine to be used either )...all bullion will be the same in all aspects except the seriel numbers...if there is alot of difference, I will note that in the item description...If this is a problem for you...please ask and I will send you a photo of the exact item...thank you

Policy #1...Customer Service...The customer is my main concern...As a seller, I try to make buying from me a good and valued experience...If at anytime you are not happy...Please feel free to let me know. I guarantee ever piece of bullion I sell..EVERY PIECE!!!..

Policy #2...Refunds...If you are not happy with your item...I will refund total amount paid For the Item Only... Item must be returned just as it was shipped and within 10 days of receipt...

Policy #3...Shipping & Handling...I only ship United States Postal Service. Shipping fees are as stated in the auction for that item...Yes this cost does include HANDLING charges...Shipping & Handling does not just mean the cost of the postage..It does include shipping supplies that are used in the process of getting your items to you..All items shipped to the U.S. will be shipped with delivery confirmation...ALL ITEMS...This is also included in the S&H costs...In most cases, I will ship your items with-in 1 to 2 days after receiving payment...

Policy #4...International shipping......International shipments are mostly shipped via AIR MAIL, and GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL... Which ever is the least expensive..these are trackable by the customs forms that are attached to ALL International shipments...I ship once a week on international items...

Policy #5...Customs forms...I WILL NOT LIE ON A CUSTOMS FORM...this will void all insurance claims and I will not do it...Shipments to Canada will Include a customs form that make my items non-taxable under most provinces...Please e-mail me with any questions you may have on this...Or check your local customs office or web site...I am not responsible for your countries tax laws, and you must check to see if you will be charged taxes...

Policy #6...Insurance...YES...please buy it for your own protection..I will insure international packages, If you purchase the insurance...I do use a third party insurance company...and yes, if your item doesn't make it to you..I will refund your money...this process is fast as long as you help me by sending papers I ask for...International refunds do take longer...But you will get refunded after all tracking has been finished...below is a table for insurance costs per amount of item...

U.S. insurance costs:

$1.30 for the first $100

$1.00 for each additional $100

International insurance costs:

$1.70 for the first $100

Policy #7...Item Protection...All items will come in a protective plastic cover...unless they are funny shaped or odd shaped...then they will come in a zip lock bag...

Policy #8...Feedback...I leave feedback for ALL items that have been payed for...And I leave feedback for All items that have not been paid for also....Please leave me feedback if you like...But you will receive feedback from me...

Policy #9...Payment..I accept, money orders, cashiers checks, and paypal,...I do prefer PAYPAL...and all international bidders must pay this with Pay-Pal...I expect payment with-in 10 days from end of auction...If I haven't heard from you and have not received payment, I will start a non-paying bidder with Ebay..If you are having trouble...please e-mail me and let me know...I am a very nice person and do understand that things happen...
