- After the Auction -

1. After the auction, what do I do next?

At the end of an auction we will contact the buyer in less than 2 hours. Many times we contact the buyer in less than 30-40 min. if the auction ends during business hours. For auctions that end on the weekend, we do try to send out the contact information, but do not be alarmed if it does not arrive until Monday. Please wait until you receive this information.

2. If I win one of your auctions how will I be contacted?

All winning bidders are contacted by e-mail after the auction ends with complete information and payment instructions! Please Wait For It!

3. What if I do not get contacted after the auction?

Our system is automated and we do send responses to the email of record with our auction site. If you have multiple email accounts, remember to look in the account that is registered with eBay. If you do not receive a "Payment Instructions" e-mail from us within 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible!

4. When can I expect to receive feedback?

Our feedback is generated through our Auction Management service. The auto generation does not provide feedback until the transaction is complete. That means that the item has been paid for, shipped, received, and positive feedback has been left for us. At that time, your Ebay user id is picked up through the system and positive feedback will be left for you automatically.
If for some reason you do not want to receive feedback from us, please do not leave any feedback for us.
If you choose to leave us negative feedback before attempting to resolve any problems, we will accept this as final resolution to the matter.

- Payments -

1. What forms of payment do you accept?

We do not accept credit card payments over the phone or via email.
Due to high volume of bounced checks we do not accept Personal or Business Checks! If you send us Personal or Business Check it will be destroyed and nothing will be shipped to you.

2. If I win more then one of your auctions, will you combine shipping?

Yes, we do combine shipping for 2 or more items. If you are going to win more than one of our auctions in a reasonable amount of time (typically within 5 days) and you wish to have them shipped together, you may discount charges as follows:
US Buyers pay $6.00 shipping for the first item, then - $1.50 for every additional item included in the same shipment.
International Buyers pay $9.00 for the first item, then - $2.25 for every additional item.
This policy is valid only when payment is made for all auctions at one time through our secure checkout, so wait until all of your auctions have ended before making payment.

3. How can I make a payment for all auctions at one time?

Just go to your PayPal account and simply make a payment like for 1 item. Put the total for all items and s/h for all items. Enter all winning item numbers. All of your items already in our database and our computer will show us for how many items you have to pay. If your payment is not correct we will let you know immediately.

- Shipments -

1. How fast after my payment is received will my package be shipped?

You will receive an Email notification from us once your full payment has been received. Your item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours of your notice. Our company is closed on Saturday and Sunday and therefore we do not process on these days. If you pay for an item on Friday afternoon thru Sunday, we try to make a point of getting your package shipped by Tuesday Morning. If you require special needs beyond this timing, we suggest you email us. We will do what we can to help.

2. Will I get notified when my purchase been shipped?

When your item is shipped, we will send you an email notifying you the item has been shipped. We use USPS First Class, Priority and UPS Ground.

3. Will you shipped overnight or express?

Upon request we will ship overnight or express. Please email us for the rate.

4. May I pick my item up from your warehouse?

No. We do not transact business out of warehouse location. All orders must be handled electronically via the internet.

- Customer Services -

1. What is your return policy?

Due to U.S. Health Regulations, we are unable to offer refunds or product exchanges. The only exception is due to manufacturer defects or error in shipment. All returns must be made within seven days from the time you receive the merchandise.

2. What do I do if I received a wrong or defective item?

Your satisfaction is very important for us and we stand behind every product we sell. We will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a refund of your high bid less shipping & handling charges after you have returned the wrong or defective product. You will not be charged any additional s/h fees for replacement shipments. Please e-mail us to request a replacement information.

3. What is your terms and conditions?

All sales are final. Due to Health Regulations, there are no refunds or exchanges unless manufacturer defects or error in shipment.
All claims for discrepancies and damages must be made within 4 days of receipt of the order. All refused orders will result in 25% restocking fee, or reshipping charges.
Seller's responsibility ends when items are delivered to the post office.
If you choose to leave us negative feedback before attempting to resolve any problems, we will accept this as final resolution to the matter.
