I tend to overdramatize flaws so that buyers are pleasantly satisfied instead of unexpectedly disappointed with their purchase! However, on a rare occasion once every couple hundred items or so, I may overlook something. If an item ever arrives not as described, please email so we can reconsider our "ALL SALES FINAL" policy. When we began selling 8 years ago, it was to make space by getting rid of "yardsale items." But soon eBay took up all my spare time, and I had to resign from my State government job in order to handle all the business! (The *best* decision I ever made!) My repeat customer base became so loyal, that eBay was more than a business. I love bringing you all unique selections of vintage costume jewelry, or older Boyds Bears!
