Items are posted every weekday via 1st class post.
Items are sent in opaque sealed mailing bags with no clue as to the contents
If you need the item urgently, I can normally send the item via next day delivery.
This normally cost about £3.50 extra per order (not per item).
I obtain proof of posting for all items, so it there is a problem with delivery, neither of us will loose out.
I have a digital camera, so if you need to see another view, I can normally send you an image.

Combined Postage packaging & Handling
If you are purchasing more then 1 item from me, I will combine & reduce the total.
This is normally calculated as;
Full price for the item with the highest P&P charge +
Half price for the item with the second highest P&P charge +
One quarter price for each susequent item

Nearly all of my products are kept in stock & are dispatched within 1-2 working days. (look at my feedback)
Returns & Exchanges
Occasionally you may want to return an item.

When returning your item, please ensure all parts, tags & packaging are included.
The item being returned, must be unworn (trying on while wearing clean underwear! Is fine)
Refunds will be credited to you by the same method as payment (i.e. Paypal)
Your package is your responsibility until it reaches us, so I recommend obtaining a free proof of posting certificate or Recorded Post. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us.
Do I have to pay to return?
We’re sorry but if you are returning items because you have changed your mind it will be at your cost and we will not refund your original delivery charge.
How long can I keep my order before returning?
Under the distance selling regulations, you have 7 days after receiving your goods.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 1 working day of us receiving the goods back.
Can I exchange my items?
Yes, that’s not a problem
If a product is faulty when you receive it, email me & I will gladly exchange the item & re-imburse your retrun postage costs.
Please ask me questions before you buy!
If the product is not as I discribed, I will of coarse, offer you a refund.
