Shipping Questions
How do you ship and how fast? : We ship most packages the next business day after payment. We provide online tracking for all packages for your convenience. An Email will be sent to you when the package is on its way and can be tracked online.
What about Shipping Costs? : We have an amazing and speedy shipping process for your convenience, so please understand that our shipping charges go towards providing the best possible service, speedy delivery, and great customer service that we provide. Shipping charges are used for actual postal cost, boxes/packaging, and speedy service.
Do you combine shipping? : We do combine shipping. We have a 40% discount off of shipping for any additional items. All items must Checkout at the same time.
Example: 1st item's Shipping- $12.95
2nd Item's Shipping- $7.77
3rd Item's Shipping- $7.77
Do you ship Internationally? : We do ship internationally, we offer online tracking on all packages for your convenience.
Return Policy
Do you offer a return policy : If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with your item within 7 days of receipt, you may return your item for a refund or exchange.
Rules for Return: 1. Must be Shipped to us before refund is made.
2. Item must be in the same condition as originally shipped to the customer.
3. Include Item number, reason for return, if you would like a refund or possible exchange.
If by chance you are returning an item as a result of a mistake made by Fashion Footwear, like recieving an incorrect item or size please include a note inside the package to help inform our customer support team. In this case you would be reimbursed the entire purchase including return shipping costs.
If by chance you are returning the item as a result of improper fit, dislike in color, didn't like the syle etc. please include a note in the package for the reason of return. You will only be reimbursed for the cost of the item and you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Our goal is to make our customers 110% satisfied.
Checkout and Payment Methods
   
After winning an auction or a buy it now listing please click the check out button at the top of the item page. You will be directed to our checkout where you will have the option to pay through Paypal.com or Credit Card.
How Long do I have to pay for my Item?
From the time that an auction ends or a Buy It Now is chosen, you have 10 days to pay for the item. After 10 days we will cancel the transaction and you will not be able to purchase the product any more. We will also file with eBay for a refund of the Final Value Fee. If you are purchasing more then one item please make sure you checkout within 10 Days of your first item.
Can you end an auction early for a certain price?
Sorry but we do not end auctions early, but we do offer all of our auctions with a buy it now. The best way to ensure winning an auction is to place yoru maximum bid and continue watching the auction. Also we offer many items which are buy it now ony which allow you to purchase the item right away.
