The purpose of this page is to explain my policies with buyers.

This is a loose set of rules.  If there is something you don't like about them, contact me first before purchasing.

This document is in a state of flux.  Content can and will be added and modified.

Rule 1:  Feedback is reciprocated!

Due to a few neutral feedbacks received, I am no longer automatically giving positive feedback a few days after a completed transaction.  From now on, feedback is reciprocated.  If you feel the need to leave nonpositive feedback, please contact me first to work the problem out.  If we can't solve the problem in a way that would lead to positive feedback, please expect nonpositive feedback in return.

Rule 2:  Shipping charges includes shipping and handling!

My shipping costs are a combination of postage, envelope, eBay fees and Paypal fees.  If you think shipping is too high, buy somewhere else.

Rule 3:  My games are used!

I buy and sell used games.  Please expect normal wear and tear.  Normal wear and tear includes superficial scratches that do not affect a game's playability.  If you need a game in mint condition, please purchase a NEW game.  Please understand that I typically sell used games for less than the average selling price.  If you're a collector, please purchase games from somebody else.

Rule 4:  Read the listing first!

Before purchasing an item, please read the listing completely.  Some of my games do not have instruction manuals.  Like most people, I call an instruction manual "instructions".  "Art" is insert art.  I typically charge even less if a game doesn't have instructions.

Rule 5:  Contact me second!

If you're not sure about something after reading the listing completely, ask me a question before purchasing!  If the item is still for sale when I read the email, I will answer the question.

Rule 6:  Your game will work!

I test every game before shipping it.  If it doesn't work when it reaches you, please contact me first.  I will replace or refund your purchase for a few weeks after a sale.  If you leave nonpositive feedback before contacting me, I may not help you.

Rule 7:  I treat people how I am treated.

If you have a problem with our transaction, please contact me in a polite fashion.  I don't have a lot of sympathy for arrogant and pompous people.  Please don't tell me how to run my business.  Please state your problem quickly and honestly.
