Grew up
in Wheaton, IL, went to college in downtown Chicago.
Married and moved to WI in 2003. Employed in IL. What
you should know about me is that I love life...Wisconsin
is really good to me and my family. We are treated with
a great selection of craft brewers, trees and forests,
wildlife and waters. All over the area that we live
in, there are shops and eating establishments and food
co-ops that buy from local farmers or local artisans.
My family and I are always trying to buy local so I
am not sure how eBay fits in with that. I guess one
way could think positively about is that eBay supports
sustainable consumerism (if you are buying used products).
If we all just bought used stuff we would be depleting
our planet's resources less because we wouldn't need
so much new junk--boy is that stretching the greeness
of eBay.
Typically
I will sell stuff that is around the house for too long.
I also have an ongoing challenge to make stuff so I am
trying more to sell my hand crafted stuff! I really like
to buy beer stuff online with eBay. I find myself using
paypal more and more to buy online too and definately
prefer to use Paypal for eBay transactions as it is really
reliable. When shipping items for eBay sales, I prefer
to use USPS priority mail but will do UPS ground sometimes
too. I have needed to return items for sales and purchased
I have made on eBay so my Return policy boils down to
be honest, karma is real and disclose everything! My interests
outside of eBay are homebrewing, family, friends, camping
& travel, the outdoors, oh and beer appreciation. My favorite
books include Homebrewers Companion by Charlie Papazian
and Homebrewing for Dummies. Favorite Movies are Predator
and Office space. My favorite Music/Bands is Iron Maiden,
John Coletrain, jazz, metal, celtic etc.

Ogallala Damn
Blaster
Out in the middle of no where in Nebraska is a fantastic oasis of a campground near Ogallala, NE. This Video was shot with our Canon digital camera and features a damn with water shooting out. Good fishing spot but really just fun to watch.
We stopped at this oasis twice on our Family vacation from Dodgeville, Wisconsin to Granby, Colorado as we passed through Nebraska on our way to and from Colorado.
