Your satisfaction is important, so we offer a 7 day return policy. Please contact us to initiate a return. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt, and must be received back within 7 days of notification of return authorization.

Merchandise must be returned in full and in the original condition as shipped. Shipping Fees are not refundable. Refunds are issued in the same method as the original payment.

At the time the auction is started, the item is in stock and ready for shipment directly from the manufacturer. However, due to strong demand for certain items, they may become out of stock without warning.

If this should occur, you will have a choice of receiving a full immediate refund or to be placed on back order for that item. To ensure prompt shipping and delivery of your item, we ask that you please send payment within three business days.
