Hi! We are a miniatures painting studio from Poland. We do what we like and we do it for you and other wargaming maniacs. We list miniatures every week, so please visit our auctions to see new miniatures every week if you like. Whatsmore you will find a lot of resin stuff designed and produced especially for tabletop wargaming.

Please read text below before bidding, make sure you understand it and mail me when something isn't clear enough. These rules refer to all of our auctions, however sometimes auction text says something different - auction text is more important!!!

Payment conditions

We accept:
- PayPal
- AllPay (visit www.allpay.pl for more information)
- bank wire transfer
- moneybookers (visit www.moneybookers.com)
- cash (at your own risk)
- international bank transfer, especially WesternUnion moneytransfer

Important!
If after 10 days after the end of auction the item is still unpaid for, and there's no message from the winner we leave negative feedback and relist the item.

Postage and packaging

Standard Postage & Packaging is 8$ - no matter how many auctions You win we will send the items to You for 8$ wherever you live. In some cases when auction object is of bigger size and weight shipping cost is 40$ - it will be featured in auction description.

We pack miniatures with hard boxes, foam, paper towels and bubbles. We try to do our best when packing and we assure that you will get your miniatures in excellent condition.

INSURANCE
We send miniatures with priority registered letter with Polish Post office, that is a safe way, but if You need additional security You can ask us to send your miniatures with insurance - it costs additional 2% of the miniatures value.

Important. If You chose not to pay for the extra insurance we don't feel responsible for any damage or package loss, together with that You agree to wait for one month until the Polish Post office look into the case.

Shipment from Poland takes about 2-3 weeks, please be patient. If you don't receive the package after three weeks from the payment please contact us immediately!
We send large miniatures (like dragons, terrain elements, or other difficult to send minis) with courier, if the mini is qualified as big it will be said so in the auction description. You may always wish us to send your miniatures with courier, no matter what is it - just e-mail me before making a payment and I will send you an invoice including courier shipping costs.

Broken miniatures

It sometimes happens that you receive broken miniature in the package we sent you. We always repair broken miniatures! If you receive broken miniature please send it back to us and we will repair it and send it back to you. We cover all the shipping costs - so don't worry, you don't pay anything extra...

Guarantee of satisfaction

We guarantee that you will get exactly the same miniatures as we present in the pictures. However when miniatures that you get are not of quality you expected you can send them back to us and we will give you your money back. We are giving you 7 days of such a guarantee after you receive the miniatures.
