The Rescue takes in surrendered and abandoned ferrets, mostly dumped and feral cats & dogs. Cats & dogs get spayed and neutered, shots , tests are done, wormed, etc.If no homes found, they stay here. I may have to close if funds do not start coming in regularly. Many animals need sponsors monthly.

You can copy and paste this into your browser, ebay funds will go to food and litter for the animals and also vet bills, I have several cats that have to be altered and have their shots. I WILL BE LISTING ITEMS DAILY NOW THRU DEC. 7TH, ALL ITEMS DAILY WILL BE LISTED BY MIDNIGHT EACH NIGHT. I have loads of vintage silver jewelry yet to list, at least 60 pieces and much, much more. THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO HAS ALREADY DONATED ON THE CHIP IN SITE, AND HUGS TO EVERYONE FROM THE ANIMALS!!
UPDATE 1/21/09--- MOST of you know what has been happening here over the years, first with the hurricanes and trying to get back on my feet from that. Then with the cattery and trying to get it done. Which I am still trying to do. Metal Post were stolen because they were metal and people were stealing metal everywhere to sell.
NOTE: Several of the animals have monthly sponsors, but many more need sponsors to assure that they stay here, for $5, $10,$15 or an amount you choose, can save a cat, ferret or dog and assure that they are fed and have a place to stay. Please think about sponsoring one of the animals here.
SHELTER WISH List: Animal food or gift cards to use for food, paper towels, laundry soap ( I use alot) old blankets (for outdoor cats & dogs), ferretone, A/D, Gerber's chicken baby food 2nd stage, advantage (for dogs 55lbs & over),HOME DEPOT gift cards for materials to do cattery. LARGER ITEMS WISHED FOR: Donations to vet to go towards large vet bill owed at this time which is $214, cordless drill,(tools are for odd jobs around here I have to do myself), Home Depot gift cards (for remaining materials needed to finish outdoor cattery.
Sales have been way down, shelter bank account is empty, if sales or donations do not pick up, I am going to be forced to close and send the animals off elsewhere, I am trying to avoid this since all "No Kill" shelters are full. We need prayers also!
