Returns and Terms
Returns accepted, if you contact within 14 days. Faulty products will be exchanged/refunded, but all are thoroughly tested before dispatch to avoid this from happening. Insurance for loss/damage in the post is included.
Original postage and purchase price refunded on returned item in same condition, and complete with any accessories.
Additional policy for freeview receivers - Please ensure your rooftop aerial is suitable for the reception of freeview.
Delivery
Dispatch is 1-2 days and delivery 1-2 days depending on item, heavier items will go by courier.
We aim to dispatch within 2 working days, and this is usually same day when payment is received for recorded items by noon, or for courier items, by 10.00am. For delivery by courier, same day dispatch is not guaranteed as it depends on the carrier.
Please be aware that items for delivery by courier are only dispatched Monday-Friday.
Payments received for recorded items received before 10am on Saturday will be dispatched, after 10am however, they will be dispatched on Monday.
