US SHIPPING	Basic Shipping Info Items ship within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving confirmed/cleared payment Please understand that I have no control over how long it takes a carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) to deliver your package I am happy to save you money by combining multiple purchases into one shipment! If you have made multiple purchases on the same day please email me for a combined invoice in order to take advantage of combined shipping. You will not receive a combined shipping discount if you pay for items individually. Oversized, unusually heavy, or very high value items may need to be shipped alone and will not qualify for the combined shipping discount Should the value of your purchase(s) be $250 or more, shipping with Signature Confirmation will be required. The (combined) invoice issued will include the additional fee for this service. Shipping charge quotes are the most accurate estimations I can provide before actually packing items for shipment After an item sells and is paid for I pack and seal it for shipment Any overpayment of shipping charges that may have been made is refunded Shipping and handling charges include: carrier charges based on: total packed weight dimensions and destination of parcel shipping insurance delivery confirmation fee (necessary for tracking purposes) OR signature confirmation fee for items valued at $250 or more nominal fee to defray costs of carton and packing materials (ranges from $1 to $4 depending upon size/type of shipping carton used and type/amount of packing materials used) Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are subject to additional shipping charges that may be imposed by the carrier. If your item will be shipped to any of these three locations, contact me before bidding/paying to get a corrected shipping quote. Please understand that you are responsible for all shipping charges in the event you refuse a package delivery or the address you provide is incorrect and the carrier returns the package as undeliverable Additional Shipping Info No UPS shipments to PO Box addresses USPS 1st Class Mail is available for parcels weighing up to 13 oz. Should your combined purchase weigh over 13 oz this shipping method will NOT be available. I ship to buyers’ confirmed addresses only Exceptions may be made on an individual basis; if your address is unconfirmed, please contact me before bidding. Approved shipments to unconfirmed addresses may incur an additional fee for shipping with Signature Confirmation Pickup not available. Sorry, no exceptions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING	I currently ship only to Australia and Canada. Please contact me for shipping terms. I can provide quotes only after receiving names and complete addresses with postal codes. Jewelry items are not available for shipment to Australia or Canada due to those countries' customs restrictions..
PAYMENT	Payment due within 4 days of purchase/winning a bid. Credit cards and Paypal accepted.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS	Unless stated otherwise, the items I sell are new and in their original packaging. Mint value is compromised by opening boxes and removing their contents, therefore Sideshow items and some other collectibles are not removed for inspection. Most others are inspected and photographed before being listed and any known damage or significant flaws are stated in their descriptions. Should there be a problem with your shipment: Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving a damaged shipment or if you wish to return an item. If your item arrives damaged a shipping insurance claim will need to be filed. If a return is agreed upon: the item must be returned within 7 days of delivery the item must be in the same undamaged and/or unaltered condition as when it was shipped all original shipping materials must be returned: item's original box, if it came in one all inserts and enclosures original packing and cushioning materials (styrofoam, etc) return shipping and insurance charges are the buyer's responsibility after a returned item has been received in accordance with the conditions above, a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) will be issued I reserve the right to impose a restocking/relisting fee of up to 10% of the purchase price on returned items
SALES TAX	Items shipped within Colorado are subject to sales tax. The default rate charged is 8.6% Different Colorado localities have different tax rates and rules. If you live in Colorado please contact me before making payment so I can issue you an invoice with the correct tax rate for your location.
