Here's the Way I do business

 Hello! I've been selling on ebay for eight years with very few problems.I try to give accurate descriptions but I'm not perfect and do occasionally "miss something" I should have mentioned.I will give merchandise refunds or partial refunds if something is grossly misrepresented.If I mention something has 2 stains on it and you find a tiny 3rd stain I do not consider this being grossly misrepresented. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded even if I do offer you a merchandise refund--sorry! INSURANCE and Delivery Confirmation WILL NOW BE INCLUDED IN ALL SHIPPING and HANDLING CHARGES FOR YOUR PROTECTION AS WELL AS MINE.I am easy going and hope we can do business together!
