Finest Deals accepts credit card payments via PayPal. Our PayPal user ID is FINESTDEALS@HOTMAIL.COM. We also accept Money Orders or Cashier's Checks. The address to remit payment to is Finest Deals, 19046 Bruce B Downs Blvd, #81, Tampa, FL 33647. We do NOT accept personal checks. If that is the only method of payment available to you, may we suggest that you check into PayPal's E-check feature. They take all necessary checking and payment information from the buyer, then notify us once the payment has actually cleared.
WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED?
You will receive an Email notification from Finest Deals once your full payment has been received. Your item will be shipped within 24 hours of your notice. Should a difficulty arise with USPS being unable to validate your address with their postage software, your item will be held until verification can be made with you.
HOW ARE SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES CALCULATED?
Please note that every one of our auctions has a Shipping and Handling Fee listed in the body of the ad. Shipping and Handling is a flat rate that we charge regardless of where the item is being shipped to within the 48 contiguous United States. Please keep in mind this is Shipping PLUS Handling. Our Handling fee covers expenses incurred by our company to get your item to you. If you do not agree with the Shipping and Handling fee that we charge on our items, PLEASE DO NOT bid on the item.
WHY DON'T YOU COMBINE SHIPPING AND HANDLING?
To keep costs low for our customers, all of our items are pre-packaged in our warehouse and ready for shipment. Therefore, we are unable to combine multi-item orders. Additionally, we have several warehouse locations throughout the United States, and your items may not be shipped from the same location.
MAY I PICK MY ITEM UP FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE?
No. Finest Deals does not transact business out of their warehouse locations. All orders must be handled electronically via the internet.
MAY I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Since Finest Deals guarantees that all items are brand new, never opened, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges once your item has shipped. However, there is a warranty option provided in every auction, and insurance is provided on all shipments so you need not worry about damage in transit.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK?
Our feedback is generated through our Auction Management service. The auto generation does not provide feedback until the transaction is complete. That means that the item has been paid for, shipped, received, and feedback has been left for us. At that time, your Ebay user id is picked up through the system, and positive feedback is generated in response to positive feedback left. If you were a "slow pay", do not hesitate to leave feedback. As long as the transaction was completed, positive feedback will be left for you. We ask that you DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK without providing us the opportunity to rectify any negative experience you may have had.
