  As the system of ebay changes, so do we, so if you would like to MAKE AN OFFER ON ANY OF OUR BOOKS, just email us through ebay, and we will be glad to edit the item to include a BEST OFFER option. We will accept any reasonable offer on any of our books listed. We will be glad to make a deal on book lots as well, in case you would like to buy several books. Again, just email, and we will try to work out a deal. All deals will be done through the ebay system, no outside sales.

In the rare instance that we cannot locate a book after a sale, we will refund your entire amount of payment asap. We will be sure to notify you with an email if this is the case. As we have grown larger, we have had to tweak our inventory from time to time, and on rare occasions we have lost track of a book, or we may have loaded a book by mistake after it had been sold. I have missed a book or two when deleting sold books from Turbo Lister for reloading unsold items into our store. It is rare, but it does happen.

  On a much lighter note. We also want folks to know that we buy collections and estate lots of books, paper good, and some antiques. If you know someone living in SE Kansas, SW MO, NE OK, or NW AR, that has a large lot of books to sell, let us know. We would love the chance to view and make an offer on your collection!

  We try to keep things simple, it seems to work best that way. The following is a list our policies, and the information that folks request the most.

• Shipping: For books it's media mail, for other items it is parcel post or First Class, depending on what it is, and how you might want it shipped.  For most books the shipping is a flat $4.00 for the first book, and $1.50 for each additional book. We will ship via Priority upon request for $7.00 for the first book, $2.00 for each book thereafter. We will bubble wrap and or box the higher end books. Most of the books will be wrapped in several layers of a thick brown paper used for tile work, that protects the book very nicely. This is covered in a heavy strapping tape, and protects the book quite well. Our feedback shows what folks think of our packaging.
• Shipping for most paperback book will be $3.00 for the first book and 50 cents for each book thereafter.
• Overseas shipping gets Priority International where available. Depending on the size of the book, this fee is $13.50. Again, larger books and book sets will cost much more. All paperback books are also at this rate now. There is no small envelope for Priority International.
• Shipping recap: $4.00 for the first book, $1.50 for each additional book. Overseas shipping $13.50 in most cases. See item description for exact quote on large orders or sets.
• I now ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• If you pay for an item on Friday, the book will not ship until the following Tuesday.
• Larger books and sets will cost more for shipping, so be sure to check the listing for exact quotes.
• We will combine auctions for up to 14 days. After the 14th day you will receive an invoice for all of your purchases, and payment is expected within 3-5 days for the total.
• Large orders will be boxed, with packing material or bubble wrap to secure the package.
• I have a grading system that I use, and it has worked nicely so far. There are five different gradings:
• Near Mint: The book will have no flaws to mention, and will be nearly as new.
• Very Good: The book could have one or two minor flaws, but no major ones. For example, a bumped corner, or some minor chipping to a jacket.
• Good: The book will have a few minor flaws, chipping, edgewear, underlining, cover wear, light soiling, rubbing. Possibly some wear to the jacket, chipping, rubbing, a small tear or two.
• Good-used: This book will show quite a bit of wear, separation, light water damage, corners bumped, soiling, underlining, bookplates, etc.
• Used: I will only list books in used condition that I consider valuable in some aspect other than as a whole book. There might be some drawings, pictures, or perhaps information that I deem valuable, otherwise, I won't list books in used condition. A used book will have major wear, and could possibly be falling apart, have water damage, etc.
• Due to the very few bad apples out there I have had to make some strict rules, in order to protect myself, and in order to keep bringing you quality, low priced books. Please read the description carefully, and if you have any questions, email me, and I will answer them ASAP. I try to use at least six points on all book auctions, and on higher end books I will use more, in order to give you a good description.
• The more you know about a book, the less likely you are to have questions. I try to give detailed descriptions.
• I will not refund money for buyer's remorse or interpretations of my descriptions. Don't bid if you don't want, or are not sure of the book.
• The books are all listed honestly and are sold "as is".
• Insurance is available on all books sold to the United States, and I highly recommend it. I will not be responsible for items lost or damaged by the USPS. Insurance will help keep this simple.
• Why listings are sold 'as is'. We tried having a money back policy, but I got several books returned, that were in much worse condition than when I shipped them, as well as the people shipping them back to me did not use the same care in packing when returning books, so they were quite damaged in the mail. I even had one book returned that was not the book that I sold. I try to be very careful in my listings, and give much more detail than many of the sellers on ebay. This way, folks have a pretty good idea of what they are going to be getting in the mail.
• I have tried to list all the pertinent information I could, I am sure I will have to 'tweak' this from time to time, but for now it will have to work.
• I truly hope that in this community of free enterprise and the American way we can keep this a fun and exciting experience. I will strive to get your item to you as fast as I possibly can, and in the condition stated.
