I have always loved antiques particularly Pottery and Glass but couldn't afford to buy as much as I wanted until I discovered EBAY, now I can buy anything I like as long as I don't feel the need to hang on to it forever! I buy it enjoy it for a bit and then pass it on to the next antique lover, these items were meant to be shared any way.

In the process of feeding my "shopping demons" I discovered vintage Marbles, gorgeous round bits of art glass from the past and once again had to have certain ones. Now I share my finds with fellow Ebayers and their purchases fund my collection; a great deal for everyone and so much fun.

For those who are curious the name Firstswan was an automated suggestion by MSN when I was looking for something Swan related (love and collect swans; also live on a river where swans nest). The concept of a swan song worked well for my antiques looking for their last home; so Swan Song Pottery came to be. Hope the name doesn't confuse my marble buyers but at the time who knew??
