| I collect tribal archery equipment from Africa, South America, Asia, and Oceania. I don't have much of a collection right now, but I have a few nice pieces. Although my collection is small, I've done quite a bit of research in this area. I have always been interested in traditional archery; I started collecting tribal archery items a couple of years ago.
I would like to help eBayers find out more about tribal archery items they are interested in buying or selling. Keeping in mind I'm hardly an authority, I've found that I can identify the origins of most bows, arrows, and points, at least at the continent level. Additionally, I can refer interested parties to scholarly references. In the past few years I have (through my university library) collected hundreds of scholarly and popular articles on bows, arrows, crossbows, spears, and related items. By correctly identifying archery items, sellers can attract more views (and receive more bids) and buyers can avoid making critical errors.
