I love adventure!

I enjoy almost outdoor activities and see 'survival' as a hobby. I love to hike, bike, canoe, target-shoot, and of course fish. I am an age 50-something divorced bachelor and full-time student studying computer technology. I live simply and meagerly in Asheville NC,, no kids no pets, just me. I have too much stuff, much of it nice stuff -- and I need to lose half of it!
Until 2002 I was in fact a USCG 100-ton Licensed full-time Boat Captain and fishing guide working in the Gulf of Mexico mainly, but venturing to guide in Colorado and Alaska during summers. From sockeye salmon and grizzlies, to tarpon and gators, I've seen or caught it all, a lot.

My undergraduate degree is in Marketing and I enjoy buying and selling as a hobby.
Ebay is a true free-market system where almost everything tangible can become liquid in a week or so. It's value is it's national market-clearing price. No overhead needed for inventory, storefront, marketing, so that a 'common man' can compete with the largest retailers. Ebay is one of the BEST things about the internet!
I am pleased that feedback here is so easy to check. Wouldn't this world be great if we could check 'feedback' so easily on EVERYONE we meet and deal with day-to-day? So far I have 100% positive and I aim to keep it that way.
Buyers, please bid on my auctions with trust. I pride myself in honesty and integrity, and so I expect much the same from everyone. Sellers,, I do appreciate the time-value of money so I'll pay you FAST!
