The FitnessAuction Difference
Our New fitness equipment products are shipped directly from the manufacturer enabling you to enjoy a standard 30-day satisfaction guarantee on every product. If you are not satisfied with the item simply return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping is not refundable.
These also come with the manufacturer's warranty as specified on the description page for each item. After an auction closes, the high bidder has the opportunity to purchase an extended warranty at checkout.
Our Refurbished hold no return policy or trial period. Our refurbished products come with a standard 90-day warranty as listed on our description pages. 1 year extended warranties are available on these items.
Fitness equipment products are shipped by truck freight. Shipping is curbside delivery in 10-15 business days. Curbside means that they will not take it inside the house, or up stairs. There is some assembly required.
Our yoga, pilates, accessories, videos, CDs and SD cards are shipped by UPS Ground.
Insurance is included in the cost of shipping. A tracking number will be emailed to you the day after your product has shipped. You can check your order status here.
FitnessAuction accepts all major credit cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover), making your online purchase safe and convenient. We do NOT accept PayPal. We do NOT accept Western Union.
Sales tax will be applied to products in the state where receipt of the product takes place. For items shipped, the tax is based on delivery address. The following is a list of states in which we have business presence and in which sales tax is collected. (AZ, CA, CT, GA, IN, KS, KY, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA). You will be charged a local tax rate (if applicable) in addition to state sales tax.
