If you are in the New York Metropolitan area, you can come visit our 25,000 sq/ft warehouse and take a look at over 1,000 pieces of remanufactured fitness equipment on display. We are proud to supply our customers with the very best reconditioned fitness equipment at the lowest possible prices. When purchasing reconditioned equipment, please note that while we bring our equipment up to the very highest possible standards during our reconditioning process, it is not new equipment. We offer the following policies and procedures regarding all orders. Refunds: Customer service is our absolute goal at Fitness Equipment Depot; however, we do not offer refunds on any pre-owned equipment. We do though offer warranties, which are explained in more detail below. Cancellations: All cancellation must be in writting prior to shipping/delivery of equipment. Upon cancellation of your order, there is a 20% restocking fee on the sale amount. Warranties:   1. Standard warranty: For all reconditioned items, we includea 90-day warranty from the day the item is delivered. Serviced and Cleaned/Used items are not included in this warranty.   2. Extended warranty: Available upon request, must call customer service at 1-866-965-4653. If a problem should arise during the warranty period, we will replace all damaged parts.
