Fitness Direct USA Fitness Direct USA is a Northern California based fitness retailer and wholesaler. We specialize in selling high end pre-owned home and commercial exercise equipment to United States and international customers. We have a 5000 sq. ft. facility in Concord, CA and sell to the public so feel free to contact us at 925-914-9111 if you would like to check our warehouse showroom out. We have a strong reputation as ebay power sellers. All of our equipment is shipped from our warehouse in Concord so we are able to fully inspect all of our equipment to assure that it has been fully refurbished and is in excellent shape as advertized. All of our equipment is shipped by freight and is palleted, wrapped with cardboard, wrapped again with stretch wrap, and strapped to the pallet to assure that it arrives in the condition we shipped it in. We believe our high level of customer service is what seperates us from the competition. We do our best to make sure that we are available to customers via email or phone on nights, weekends, and holidays. We will always do our best to help past customers with their machines, whether or not it is still under warranty, and to help prospective customers choose the machine that is best for them.
