Just to clarify something straight out....Unlike what EBAY is trying to do by making what once was an "Online Auction", into some sort of an online Boutique or Store....is ridiculous.  Please understand that we are NOT a Store, we don't have a warehouse, nor do we have a slew of employees with exceptional customer service skills, answering our emails at your beck-n-call.  It's just me and my wife Sandy.  Were just small timers who sells hard-to-find Vintage truck parts, and other Vintage items,and some custom made parts that we list for auction.  So we can't give refunds...or have items for exchange, and we don't gift wrap.  Please remember....If you bid....YOU bought it.  You are responsible for your bids, even if you didn't read auction terms.  We no longer retract bids for bidders who didn't read the auction!  If you were to raise your paddle at a real, live auction, you'd certainly would be buyin it.  If you want refunds or exchanges....please go to the mall, or order your items from a catalog.  We can't give refunds on Vintage items, or antique truck parts that are over 50 years old!!   ***Feedback***  As sellers....we always post feedback...but only after we have received it from the buyer first.  Most sellers do it this way, so we do too.  This way we know you have received your item and are happy with it.  If there is a problem, please email us right away before posting unnecessary feedback.  Why slam a seller without emailing them first to work it out?  Doing that isn't very fair.  We are honest people, and have excellent feedback.  We have NEVER screwed anybody out of their money, or an item!  Please check our feedback it will speak for itself.  I have a wonderful following in the ebay motors community, and so does my wife Sandy for her Vintage clothing and collector pieces, so I'm not worried about retaliatory feedback.   ***Shipping*** Since alot of my ebay Motors items are very heavy, I always give options on the cheapest way to go to save you money....depending on your zip code, weight of the item, and package size.  We do charge a low Shipping & Handling fee of $2.00 as most sellers do, for our time, gas, and packaging materials (bubble wrap, peanuts, tissue paper, etc,) but we don't rip people off.  Sandy usually ships Priority Mail, simply because she gets those boxes delivered for free.  Please e-mail us within 24 hrs of auction end, and I will gladly get shipping quotes to you.  If I grossly mis-quote by mistake, then I will gladly reimburse the overage.  We ship within the 48 Contiguous United States only!  We do not ship to the Virgin Islands or the Bahamas.  We ship usually the day after payment is received, and we will send you a courtesy email letting you know that payment arrived, and when your item ships out.  We ship EVERYTHING with Delivery Confirmation....so it's up to the buyer to claim their package.    ***Thank You***    ~ Mike & Sandy ~  flathead_ford_man
