We do not ship internationally. You couldn't pay me enough to go through those hassles. However, we do make exceptions for the brave members of our US Armed Forces stationed overseas. As an ex-member of the USAF (88-92), there is nothing I won't do for you guys. Please do not hesitate to ask. If you have an APO as your confirmed PayPal address, PayPal is set to automatically accept your payments. You do not need to do anything special. Once the package is confirmed as delivered, insurance will only cover damage that may have occurred during shipping. Combined Shipping: We combine shipping. Shipping rates are posted in each listing. The highest rate for the shipping class you choose will apply to the first item and the additional item price will apply to each additional item. If you are ordering multiples of the same kit, the ebay auction will automatically give you the discounted shipping rate for each additional of that item you purchase. If you are ordering from multiple listings, you will have to pay the full shipping price and request the combined shipping credit in the Paypal "note to seller" section. I will be happy to get that credited back to your account. Unfortunately, deadbeat buyers ruined it for everybody. We do not have time to chase money so paypal immediate payments became a must.

Is this the same medication I can buy from my veterinarian? It most certainly is. This is exactly the same medications you can buy at your veterinarian's office. Just for a whole lot less money. We firmly believe that your money belongs in your wallet, not in your veterinarian's parking space in the form of a BMW. Is this medication EPA approved? Absolutely! We do not sell any counterfeit medications or medications produced for sale in other countries. All our products are produced for sale in the USA and are EPA approved. Are there any side effects that can arise from properly using your kits? Yes. Fleas die and your wallet will have a slightly heavier feel to it ;o) Are your kits hard to use? No way. The kits are so easy to use, if your pet had an opposable thumb, they could do it themselves. How do your kits work? Our kits are essentially "Buying in Bulk" and saving lots of money. Our kitscome with the largest tube or pipette of your favorite flea and/or tick medication available and give you exact instructions how to administer the exact manufacturer recommended dose to your furchild. Everything you need to divide, administer, and store your medication is provided. Do you sell kits for larger dogs? Sorry, the kits we sell are not cost effective to be used with the larger breeds as their required dosage makes the kits cost prohibitive. As they get larger, their required dosage goes up exponentially. For the larger breeds, we offer the retail boxed products at a huge savings over our online competitors and especially your vet. Does the syringe provided in the kits have a needle? No. The syringe provided in our kits has no needle. You do not have to inject your dog or cat. The syringe is merely the easiest and most effective way to extract the exact manufacturer recommended dosage to apply to your pet. We get emails from customers all the time expressing how easy it is to use the syringe. They tell us that it is actually easier to use than the original manufacturer pipette or tube. The luer slip tip on the syringe actually allows you to go right through the fur and apply the medication directly to the skin where it belongs instead of on the fur. I ordered an Advantage Kit for cats and you sent me Advantage for dogs. This is exactly the medication you are supposed to get. Advantage for dogs and cats is exactly, exactly, exactly, the same formulation. The only difference is the required dosage which is determined entirely by the species and weight of the animal being treated. As long as you follow the directions provided with your kit, everything will be great and you will stay flea free. Your pets and your wallet will thank you. I ordered Advantage or K9-Advantix for a small dog and you sent me a tube for a large dog. This is exactly the medication you were supposed to get. The formulation of Advantage and K9-Advantix is exactly the same for all sized dogs. The only difference is the required dosage which determined entirely by the weight of the dog being treated. Just follow the instructions provided in your kit and you will be flea free at a fraction of the price your vet charges. Is the formulation for Frontline Plus the same for dogs and cats? The active ingredients are exactly the same. Both contain exactly the same 9.8% fipronil by liquid volume. Fipronil is the ingredient that kills fleas. There is one difference though. Frontline Plus for dogs contains 8.8% (S)-methoprene and Frontline Plus for cats contains 11.8% (S)-methoprene. (S)-methoprene is the active ingredient that sterilizes Fleas, ticks, and their larva and eggs. This 3% difference will in no way affect the flea killing properties of the kit. We have sold thousands of the Frontline Plus Kits for cats without incident so never fear. Can I use K9-Advantix for dogs in a home with cats? Yes, but extreme caution must be taken. The active ingredient Permethrin can be fatal to a cat if it is applied to or ingested by a cat. Due to their unique physiology, cats cannot metabolize permethrin. Caution must be taken to insure the cat(s) are not exposed to a dog treated with K9-Advantix. In a home where cats actively groom dogs, K9-Advantix is not recommended. Advantage is a much safer choice. Do you have any special pricing for rescues and other pet saving organizations? Yes, we deal with many rescues across the country. We believe in the work you do and are very appreciative of it. If you run a rescue and are interested in purchasing at least 15 kits at one time, please contact us through the ebay messaging system. Please provide your organization's name and your contact information. We will be in touch with you usually within 24 hours. How long will it take to get my order? We religeously ship on the next business day after your payment is received. If you pay by echeck, your order will not be shipped until the day after the funds have cleared into our account. It will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail which is usually a 2 - 5 business day delivery time but it is not guaranteed. The USPS is usually pretty quick, but sometimes they do take their sweet time. 98% of our customers get their deliveries within 2 - 5 business days. Check our feedback, our customers rave about how fast we ship. Is chewing rawhide safe? Yes. Rawhide dog chews are fully digestible. If your dog has a gastrointestinal sensitivity you should obtain veterinarian approval first. You should also only offer your dog the proper size treat as to avoid choking or injurious swallowing. Is the country of origin important? Yes. There are countries that are well-known worldwide for high quality leather products which insure the hides are easily available and always in fresh condition.
