Glad you took the time to look at this page! We have been buying and selling on eBay for several years now, and find it fun, interesting and at times even challenging. I enjoy the process of sending unique items to people that have bid on pieces which, in most cases, has special meaning to them.
A Quest Leads to a Flight of Fancy
I have met some wonderful people through eBay, some of whom I am happy to call friends. My eBay experience is probably a bit different then most. Let me explain.....in January of 1999 I was the high bidder on a postcard of an old seaplane. The seller's name was "Grailquest". He was in Ohio, while I was residing in Arizona. After having an e-mail discussion about his seller name we continued a correspondence, which evolved into visits and then resulted in my moving to Ohio in January of 2000! It's lovely here in the heartland of the country (although I sometimes miss the sunny desert) and I love the friendliness of the people and the beauty that surrounds me. We have been happily enjoying life and eBay together ever since I moved here. We were married on December 1st of 2000 on a beautiful snowy evening surrounded by our closest loved ones. My partner's seller name is Grailquest, and this part of our life's quest is complete. We happily live in a cute little house tucked away in the woods with Gus the "wonder dog", Fritzy the cat and several kids (his and mine!). Enjoy our auctions, and feel free to contact us with any questions or comments you have regarding them! Oh, one more thing....the postcard of the old seaplane sits in a frame on top of the computer desk. It's a constant reminder of how a flight of fancy turned into a quest for love and happiness!
