About Us:
We are the proud parents of 4 wonderful children, ages 3, 7, 13, and 17. We work 7 days a week, including 2 jobs in addition to ebay to support our family. Ebay has become a way to clothe and provide for us. We are an honest, hard-working family that takes pride in our products and our service! All items come from a SMOKE-FREE and PET-FREE home.
Payment:
Payment is expected within 5 days of auction’s end. If more time is needed, please contact us as soon as possible. We are very easy to work with when given a chance. Paypal is preferred but money orders/cashier’s checks are also accepted. Items will be shipped out once payment clears.
Shipping:
Items are generally shipped out within 3 days of cleared payments. However, there are times when “life” happens and shipping may be delayed. I will notify our customers as soon as possible if this happens.
We ship Priority with Delivery Confirmtion, Parcel Post, First Class Mail, Media Mail (when applicable), and UPS (on occasion). Insurance is optional on most items but is required on others. Purchasing insurance is highly recommended since we cannot be responsible for items once they are shipped.
We do combine shipping on most of our items. It will be dependent on the weight of the items.

We take every effort to make each transaction easy and pleasant. If for any reason you are unable to leave POSITIVE feedback for a transaction, please contact us immediately. We will do whatever we can to rectify the issue. We are very easy to work with when given a chance. + Feedback will be given once it is left for us!
