I have items from A to Z. I list items for myself & clients too & try to describe them to the very best of my ability! I ship auction items A.S.A.P. Please realize that I live in a very rural area ;-) Recently the Postal Rates have changed & we all know if a little postage stamp goes up in price so does the price on shipping a box. So please view shipping rates prior to placing your bid, don't wait until auction ending to bring up cost of shipping. I strive to please my buyers & I love buying on ebay myself :-) My feedback & feedback I leave for others: My feedback shows I ship when I say I will. I am a motivated seller. I give my buyers as well as other sellers the same respect I would like in return. I am fair & have many repeat buyers since I joined eBay in July, 2002. I will post feedback that the Buyer or Seller deserves & I expect the same respect from them. I leave Positives, however for those that choose to ignore my invoices, choose to not reply to my emails or for Non Paying Bidders you will receive the feedback you deserve & will be blocked from future bidding on my auctions. I am a very reasonable person & I can relate well with people both on the selling end as well as the buying end. I do realize sometimes life is not always fair & things do happen that are simply beyond our control. I do try my best to work things out. I represent all auction items "As Is", as I provide clear pictures & describe each item, however I am not an expert, nor do I claim to be an expert. You as the buyer will find the item in the condition I state it to be or in better condition, unless the item occurs damage in shipment. I advise buyers to insure items and do require insurance on glass or items that may suffer damage in transit. If you as the buyer choose not to purchase insurance, I can not be responsible for loss or damage of the item once the package leaves my hands for shipment, so please keep that in mind. I ask that when you leave a Feedback Rating or Detailed Feedback Rating for me that you, Be honest so I may improve my performance. Review the item title and the description before rating me on the item described. Consider only business days when evaluating communication. I do not always check email on weekends and holidays. When rating me on shipping time, rate me on the time it took me to mail the item, not the time it took you to receive the item. I am not responsible for delays in mail services, international custom delays or for the time it took for your payment to clear. When rating me on shipping and handling charges, remember that I may charge actual packing materials costs and a reasonable handling fee to cover my direct costs associated with shipping. For international transactions, you may also be responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees as requested by country laws. I would like to thank the many people that purchased items that I have made friends with over the years. This helped me to be a better seller & helped me through the past few years. So many people helped me not only by their purchases from my auctions but through the praise when I received their emails & the feedback they left for me. I thank each and every one of you from the top to the bottom of my heart for your support, your emails, your purchases & giving me the strength I needed through some difficult family times. Losing family members who taught me about life, business, music & looking at the positive side of things has also helped me in my eBay activities. God bless all of you that made this possible for me :-) Something to think about: Never put off today what should be said today, as you may not have that person in your life tomorrow and you will miss that last chance with that person to tell them how much they mean to you or how much you care about them or how much you love them.
