Domestic Shipping Policies
Your item will be shipped within 2 business days from the date of successful payment. Business days include Monday through Friday not including holidays. Please allow up to 7 business days for the delivery of expedited shipments and up to 14 business days for the delivery of standard shipments. These time frames are just estimates and your item will likely arrive much sooner due to our speedy handling time. Shipping information is available on an as requested basis only. If you email us and request the status of your package we will be happy to update you.
International Shipping Policies
Attention International Orders if you cannot leave 5/5 star ratings please do not purchase. International shipments take up to 2 extra weeks and we are not making any money on handling. Please dont purchase thinking your item will arrive within a week because it wont. $14 is the cheapest way available through the USPS for individual games. Please also keep in mind custom handling times and rates for your specific country. |

Shipping
Since most of our products come with Free Domestic Shipping, discounts will be assessed as listed below. Certain International orders will qualify for shipping discounts if you purchase multiple items and they can fit in the same envelopes as the first product.
Multiple Purchases
You will receive a 5% refund when you purchase multiple items. We like to pass on the savings to you and since we are already offering Free Domestic Shipping on all of our products we want to reward you for you purchasing additional items. Items must be purchased within 24 hours of one another to qualify and be shipped in the same order. Additional items must be purchased at the Regular Buy It Now Prices. Additional items purchased after the first that were made through auction style or Best offer style purchases will not qualify. |

Defective
All of our items are backed by a Functional Guarantee. If your item is defective we will be happy to replace it for you within 14 days from the date of your purchase. If and only if we do not have a suitable replacement in stock will we issue a full refund to your original purchase price.
General
Returns only accepted for defective products as outlined above. All returns must have an RMA - Return Merchant Authorization number or they will be returned to you. RMA numbers may be requested by emailing us. All other returns, no matter what capacity, are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15% up to 35% based on availability and popularity as well as the initial costs associated with shipping and handling.
