About Me
Hi, I'm Freddie Masarovic and with my wife Sayaka we operate fmasarovic eBay shop. I hold Masters Degree in Marketing from Macquarie University in Sydney – Australia and I have many years of experience in selling, marketing and administration from various international companies in Europe, Australia and Japan.
Sayaka has a Bachelor degree with international focus and many years of experience working in companies as Louis Vuitton, Cartier and other branded shops.
We have put together our strong points and start working towards our own eBay store. Sayaka selects and inspects most of our products and I look after the sales and the technical part of the process.
Since the first moment we've realized the strong potential we are working hard to offer wider variety of products and constantly improving all aspects of our eBay store.
Payment
- PayPal - is our preferred payment
- Bank Deposit/Online Banking Transfer to my Australia Local Bank Account
Payment must be made from an account with your eBay name or last 6 digit of the item number.
I promise I will dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your payment.
Shipping
Your item will be shipped with EMS as soon as payment is cleared. Item will be packed in safe bubble wrapped envelope or heavy duty paper box. All items are insured for the value of the winning bid.
Customs:
Customs value will be the value of your winning bid. Wecan not change the value of the product due to
the insurance policies.
All items will arrive at your door or nearest Post Office. I promise you to ship your item on time in above described condition and keep you informed about any issues regarding shipment of your item.
All customers will be sent a confirmation email upon dispatch of their item(s).
I take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. I charge a postage and handling fee only to cover postage costs + envelope. To simplify this process I charge single worldwide postage cost which covers all developed nations. For this reason the actual cost slightly varies to some destinations.
Multiple Purchases / Combined Postage
If you wish to purchase more than 1 of the same item or various different items, click 'buy now' for each item but DO NOT pay for them. I will then combine all the items and send you a single invoice with the amended postage discount. I promise you to offer you the cheapest price I can get + cost of the material.
Returns / Exchange
I stand fully behind the quality of my products and I inspect every item before it is dispatch to you. In the case that you are not happy with the product for any reason feel free to contact me.
I will do my utmost best to help you with any issue or concern you have.
I will gladly help you to exchange or refund your item under following conditions:
My fault:
- Contact me via eBay mail
- Please keep original envelope you received the goods in and send it back to me as “Return to Sender”.
- After I receive the package I inspect the item.
- Upon agreement I issue refund or exchange.
Your fault:
- The same as above
- If exchange I will ask you to cover the postage cost back to you.
