So we are essentially - a 'manufacturer - still small enough to gift wrap'.

Whether an artist just starting, an established artist in quest of great values, or a gift buyer, you may not find a better value or more comprehensive set of painting and/or drawing supplies.

Our business is unique in many ways. We don't simply 'slap a shipping label on another manufactures box', and call that a completed eBay transaction.

So please keep in mind we do have a little more potential to make minor errors as our products often change quickly.

We take great pride in what we do, but this is still a very, small business, we work hard to bring exciting items to market, but we take more risk then re-selling a pre manufactured toaster in a box. We work toward 100% customer satisfaction. This means you.

SHIPPING

WE SHIP ON THE 1ST AVAILABLE SHIPPING DAY AFTER CLEARED PAYMENT, OFTEN THE VERY SAME DAY,  ON NEARLY ALL SHIPMENTS.

We ship from the west coast. Depending on your shipping choice, if you are on the east coast for UPS & FEDEX, expect only about 3-5 shipping days (weekends excluded)

Unfortunately we cant rearrange our geographic location in relation to where you are, so do a significant degree 'Ship Time' is a little out of sellers hands, we do ship according to your shipping choice, and  we do get packages out immediately for the mast majority of orders shipped. We provide a detailed tracking info email on every shipment over $5.00.

In consideration of our 'shipping within 24 hours policy', 'tracking info on every shipment' we would hope you can give us 5 stars on 'Shipping time'.

eBay Sellers are not shipping companies, and dont handle the transport or delivery of packages. For eBay to base seller scores, metrics and rewards on "Shipping Time" is at best, probably a very poor choice in wording.

We are not a 'shipping for profits' type of seller, in fact most of our Buy It Now items include Free Shipping.

Shipping like many things, has become very expensive.

Sometimes even smaller items seems to have even higher shipping. Packages in the 3-5 pound range are the most difficult items to ship, as the average cost is about 15.00, in the domestic US. Depending on the cost of the item, this may seem like very high shipping. And it probably is. Check the rates at www.ups.com and www.usps.gov if you think the seller is overcharging you.

Tip: Ship to your work address, since packages are delivered during business hours!

But when it comes time to leave feedback and a star rating on shipping charges, try not to punish the seller for something that may be out of his or her control. Fuel surcharges, residential delivery surcharges, and USPS price hikes would seem to be out of the sellers control.
