Me at Minnehaha Falls

I started selling books online to raise money for my mom. She had lung cancer and had it removed but before they could operate on her, they had to pull all her teeth to eliminate chances of infection. Mom didn't have any money to buy dentures so I decided to try and raise money this way.
Race for the Cure

We got mom her teeth and now I want to raise money for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. I am going to walk in it this September 08, in the Twin Cities. I was inspired by listening to women who have actually walked it and I think it is such an awesome cause. And a personal challenge that I am ready to face. I quit drinking, smoking and straightened out my life and this is the next obvious step for me in my journey of personal growth and spirituality.
