LTL Freight:

Orders may be shrink wrapped and banded to a pallet so you will need scissors for the shrink wrap and tin snips to cut the banding.

If you have a loading dock or people in good health that can hand items off to people on the ground then you can save yourself $80 - $100 by not requiring a truck with a liftgate.

Whole Truck Shipments:

We offer dedicated trucks that ship nothing but your furniture directly to to you, straight away.

When it's the best value:

• Anything requiring more than 3 skids has to have a dedicated truck for the delivery which can then be hand packed.  Pallets (& pallets charges) can then be eliminated.
• Ideal for large lots of furniture groupings including conference tables, chairs, cubicle units, storage cabinets, reception furniture, school furniture and whole office solutions.

This is a perfect way to add on bulky items that would cost a lot more to ship on a shared truck.

Insurance:

• Dedicated trucks are automatically insured to $200,000.

Terms and conditions:

Please be aware that most shipping companies allow a maximum of 1 hour for unloading a partial load and 2 hour maximum for unloading a whole truck. It is very important that you are aware of these times as extra freight carrier charges will incur if these times are exceeded and you will be charged for this time.

It is the customers responsibility to provide the necessary personal, tools & resources required to remove the shipment from the truck and into the location in a timely manor.  The truck driver is NOT available to help you with this unless it has been pre-arranged (Add $75 - $200 + depending on the carrier).

Please DO NOT refuse the shipment under any circumstance with out calling us first.  It is very important to us that you be happy us and it will be very hard to regain your satisfaction with your freight bill being X 3 with the shipment coming back to us and then back to you once again.  We will always work with with you to the very best of our ability!

All shipping / freight charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer and by bidding on this auction, you agree and are legally bound to pay for any extra freight charges that may be incurred to your account by the carrier transporting your shipment.  (Don't make the driver wait if at all possible.)

If their are ANY issues or concerns regarding your delivery, please call us immediately so that we can resolve it right away! 

Shipping Insurance:

• Always note any damage appropriately on the paper work with the shipment
• Take good pictures (to email us) if possible.

Some LTL carriers only cover used furniture at 10 cent / lb.  So we always recommend that cover your shipment with insurance.

LTL carrier insurance is +$44 on freight purchase up to $3,000 with a $100 deductible covers the full amount of your purchase.  Orders above $3K are not much more.

Whole truck shipments (anything requiring more than 3 skids) are automatically covered for  up to $200k, so anything over this amount will be shipped out on multiple trucks.
