. Scuba-diving is my passion and Club Med IS the place! To date, I've vacationed at some 22 Club Med villages around the world. My favourite Club Med villages are the Club Meds Farukolufushi and Kani, both in the Maldives, Club Meds Moorea and Bora Bora, both in Tahiti, Club Med Columbus Isle, in San Salvador Island, The Bahamas, Club Med Turkoise in Turks and Caicos, Club Med Otranto in Italy, Club Med Lindeman Island, Australia and Club Med La Pointe Aux Canonniers, Mauritius. The best diving spots are the Red Sea, the Maldives & Tahiti. I'll never forget the underwater experiences there for as long as I live ... simply exhilarating! The marine life is so beautiful. I can't really put into words, you have to see for yourself. And I always pat myself for influencing my husband to become a certified diver so that I can share my passion with him :) Well done! . I'm also an avid wedgwood jasper and basalt collector and a great chanel fan. I'm a trifle "shoe-crazy" too :) It's a little disappointing that nowadays, wedgwood has stopped making glazed ones. I own a few rare wedgwood pieces from the 19th century that are my babies! Another passion of mine is collecting swarovski crystals & figurines. And I so love the swarovski museum in Watten, Austria, I try to visit at least once every 2 years! My prized collection has to be the chess set and the yearly members only limited edition figurines, starting from 1987. And not to forget, I absolutely adore Precious Moments and Sugar Town! I have the entire Sugar Town Village, right down to the snow :) Because I LOVE TO SHOP so much, PLUS the fact that I have become a "budding" Powerseller, our apartment becomes overtly crowded with things esp. shoes & bags, wedgwoods and swarovskis, (AND I only have about one-third of my collections here) PLUS all the things I sell, AND all my books, Harvard classics... hubby's Architecture stuff & models ..... AND with a cap from my husband, I have to, at times, sell some things in order to get new ones YIKES! I NEED SPACE!! My husband is an Architect and an avid photographer (please know that all the pictures in my auctions ARE taken by ME!), who guards his large, medium format cameras and equipments (can't say I know their names) & Hasselblads with an iron fist (sounds trite, but it's the truth), is TOTALLY into collecting Limited Edition Audemars Piguet watches and his collection includes the Jump-Hour, Star-Wheel and Perpetual-Calendars ... his all time favourites being his Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Limited Edition Foundation Watch, his recently acquired Audemars Piguet Limited Edition Classic Perpetual Calendar, Minute Repeater, Schaeffer Jump-Hour and Star-Wheel with Minute repeater & his Patek Philippes Perpetual Calendar. I'm trying to get him to fall in love with Franck Mueller OR de Grisogono (my latest obsession :P) ... it's not happening. However, his first love is still Photography and his precious Hasselblad & Linhof cameras & equipments and I follow a close third :( ...Sigh. We've relocated to sunny California, where the weather is less cold & finicky BUT I'm missing Cambridge/Boston A LOT :( - the winter landscape from the steps of Widener Library is BREATHTAKINGLY BEAUTIFUL AND SURREAL & my best friend and good friends...Yes, I miss them a lot too :( What am I going to do with all my winter coats???

I ONLY USE 100% AUTHENTIC THINGS

I only use & wear 100% AUTHENTIC ITEMS, NEVER counterfeits. My philosophy in life: "If you can't afford the real ones, don't buy fakes ... wait, for one day, you'll be able to afford to." And I'm definitely not trying to be snooty. And I DO NOT HAVE A PROBLEM with choices others make. BUT, there's nothing like owning authentic things. Still, MY MAIN PROBLEM is when sellers try to pass off counterfeits AS originals. The very thought of this irks me SO MUCH the thought alone gives me an asthma attack (and I AM asthmatic)! I've been influenced by my mother from a young age never to use fakes. I'm a sucker for esp. Chanel, Burberry & Louis Vuitton. My mother only wears & carries the very best, and I learnt from her. I've been cheated by some shady Ebay sellers trying to sell off counterfeit items as genuine ones and I know that feeling & absolutely despise such characters:). Now, it is one thing to sell replicas and letting the buyers know that's exactly what they're getting. Some buyers don't mind and ALL of us appreciate the truth. BUT, it's another thing to lie about the replicas being authentic and con people into buying them, thinking that they've purchased authentic ones!! Whichever it is, I WILL NEVER sell counterfeits to people because I don't believe in using them! (Now, there's nothing wrong in using replicas, don't get me wrong, it's just my preference) I don't own them! I don't sell them! And most importantly, I know how it feels like to be cheated.

NOW, WHERE DO THE THINGS I SELL COME FROM? - Well, they are largely personal items and items belonging to my family (Bought from authorized boutiques - NEVER fakes) and on occasions, friends (Of course whatever items I sell for friends, WILL BE VERIFIED to make 100% sure they ARE AUTHENTIC items. If an item cannot be verified w/100% certainty of its authenticity, I DON'T LIST).

PLEASE NOTE: BECAUSE I AM NOT A STORE, I DO NOT OPERATE LIKE A STORE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALES UNLESS I HAVE GROSSLY MISREPRESENTED. I try my very best to list as accurately as possible. But sometimes, I make mistakes & I ask you to please bear with me when I do so. I will definitely rectify it, I promise! I DO STRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE.

.......I buy, esp. my bags and shoes, from authorized boutiques mainly in the US & in Europe, largely London, Paris & Milan, & ocassionally from Asia, i.e. Japan & Singapore. So, whenever you are buying from me, it's ALWAYS SAFE & 100% GUARANTEED AUTHENTIC & if I re-sell items I've won on Ebay but changed my mind because it's too big/small etc, I WILL MAKE IT A POINT TO LET YOU KNOW THAT I DID NOT BUY IT PERSONALLY. The Ebay experience should be a good one for you, me and everyone else. And to all the new friends I've made through Ebay, and all the good Ebayers ... A BIG THANK YOU :)
