Hello, and welcome to my about me page! I am the mother of 4 children including twin girls, a boy and another girl. I had 4 children in 40 months....hence my name four_in_40. I have been married to the same wonderful man since 1986.
I am a registered nurse, and work 12 hour shifts at our communities not for profit Hospice House. I love my job, my co-workers, my patients and their families and have truly learned that "every day's a gift", and that even with life's little inconviences....I am very Lucky to have my health and my families health in good shape.
My twin girls and son are in high school, and were/are in the marching band and color/winter guard. I have gained a new respect for the children/parents and directors in those activities. They work so hard! They practice approx 20 hours after school each week and on weekends to hone their skills. My kids are in one of the top bands in the state...and country!
April 2007. My other daughter's winter guard travels to Dayton, and placed 3rd in the WORLD in their class! They were promoted to the World class division starting next season. That is the highest level you can be at in high school.
My youngest daughter is carrying on the band tradition in middle school. She plays the clarinet and is 1 of only 3 7th graders in the advanced band. She also plays soccer.
ABOUT MY BUSINESS:
How I got started. One of my children used to be in gymnastics. I started selling a few odds and ends on ebay, and came across all her used leos. I put them up for auction, and was amazed at the response! The rest as they say is history. I purchase new and used leotards/bodysuits from various venders including ebay itsself.
FEEDBACK:
Feedback is very important to me, but it is not the be all, end all....I work for hospice remember. Customer service/satisfaction is my #1 priority. I am greatful to have 100% positive feedback at this time. As a buyer, I ALWAYS leave feedback as soon as item is rec'd in stated condition. As a seller, I ALWAYS leave feedback AFTER I receive feedback from my buyer. This way I know the item was rec'd, and customer is satisfied, plus, leaving feedback last encourages customers to work out any problems instead of using the feedback forum as a communication tool. If I don't know there is a problem, I can't fix it.
