St. Philomena
I have a personal devotion to St. Philomena, I collect her holy cards, post cards of churches around the United States named in her honor, reliquaries and relics.
I am in the process of assisting
the Universal Archconfraternity of Saint Philomena in support of the
Sanctuary of Saint Philomena to produce a two book one CD presentation
that should be released by end of this summer. This is a result of
a new book/transcript authored by Dr. Mark Miravalle, and given to the
Universal Archconfraternity of Saint Philomena for the benefit of the
Sanctuary of Saint Philomena in Mugnano del Cardinale. Both books
and the CD will feature Dr. Miravalle's new book, one of the books will
be a greatly expanded version to include a number beautiful scanned
images of the holy cards I have collected here from eBay over the past
three or four years, additional information about the Universal
Archconfraternity of Saint Philomena, new an never published photos of
the Sanctuary of Saint Philomena, an introduction by the Director
General of the Universal Archconfraternity of Saint Philomena, Marie
Burns, with new scientific research results regarding the tiles and vial
of blood of Saint Philomena. The CD will include a beautifully
narrated version of Dr. Miravalle's book, songs about Saint Philomena
sung by three recording artists, also to include a recitation of the
Chaplet of Saint Philomena, the Novena of Saint Philomena and the Litany
of Saint Philomena. I was contacted by the Philomena Sanctuary in Italy a few
years ago and am have been the webmaster to the official website for the St. Philomena Sanctuary,
