History/Background

My name is Anne Pontillo. I am the owner of a small computer consulting business in Northern New Jersey (SAE Computer, Inc. ). I do user training, create templates for MS Word, installation and customization of software, pre-purchase consulting for small businesses and individuals. Recently, I decided to branch out and try my hand at online selling. I am also pursuing an MS in Information Technology at Northeastern University in my spare time.

Since I started using eBay, My eBay Account/Store has gone through several name changes.  I started out with the user ID saecomp.  When I decided to open an eBay store, I changed my user ID to CompTronicsUSA and had a logo designed.  At that time, I was only selling Consumer Electronics and Computer Related Items.  Recently, I started to branch out to other catagories like Jewelry, Trading Cards, Ty Beanie Babies, Dolls, and many other types of products.  CompTronicsUSA did not fit any more, so the user ID was changed to foxridgecatalog, the store was renamed to Fox Ridge Catalog and a new logo designed.  In addition, I purchased the domain name www.foxridgecatalog.net for my eBay store. 

I have also recently started selling on different venues.  I sell on the Amazon Marketplace, MetaExchange (great place for selling trading cards, beanie babies, and many other types of toys and collectibles), CraigsList, OnlineAuction.com, and Wensy.com. My seller ID for Wensy.com and OnlineAuction.com is foxridge.

I have many Ty Beanie Trading Cards listed currently on MetaExchange.  If you don't see what you want, ask me, I may have not had time to list it yet.

Payment Policy

Due to eBay's latest Seller changes, I can only accept PayPal for purchases. 

Shipping Information

Most items I will ship Worldwide (except to Indonesia and Nigeria), but some can only be shipped to the 48 Continental States. Please check each listing for shipping details.

Return Policy

I will consider accepting returns on an individual basis. If the buyer does not choose Insurance and order is lost or damaged during shipment, if the product has a Manufacturer's Warranty, you do not have the original packaging, or the listing states that the item is sold "AS-IS", I will not accept returns. The Return Policy is for Buyer to send a message within 7 days of receipt of your product requesting a return and stating the reason(s) you wish to return the product. Seller reserves the right to not accept a return based on information supplied by Buyer.
