I had a bio on here of how our business started and a little about us. But, it seems as if in the eBay world there are some that forget that some people have a life outside of eBay.

While eBay is my 'bread & butter', I do have a life with a husband, children, grandchildren, and parents. There are times when life throws us a curve ball. That curve ball hit was thrown to me a few months back. I tried to deal with my life 'crisis' and eBay as best as I could. I failed. Lo & behold, I am human and I failed. Shipping was delayed, my life was in chaos, during a move, items were misplaced. It was a mess. I will be the first one to admit this.

But, I tried very hard to keep up with my business. I offered refunds, I shipped items & still gave refunds, resulting in people getting their items for Free. I offered Free shipping. I did everything I could think of to try to save my face. But, alas, life continued and there were some people out there in eBay land that think all sellers do is sit at their desk, eating, living & breathing eBay. At one time I was doing this.

My feedback has suffered tremendously during this time. I can only hope future customers will take the time to check out my feedback before all of this. With each 'zing' of previous customers, I take it, it stings, but I keep on going.

Let's talk about those STARS. While eBay has it so that a 4 rating indicates 'good', its not. Anything less than a 5 and eBay 'penalizes' us. They take away our discount and sometimes our PowerSeller status. Discounts are the way we are able to offer low prices to you, the customer.

I am back on my feet now & trying to make amends for all of the 'bad' that was done during my LIFE ordeal. If you are one that suffered, I have asked to please contact me via the 'Ask Seller a Question'. I have no problems rectifying a situation before it becomes worse. I want happy & return customers.

I have large bins FULL of vintage jewelry to list. I offer quality items at good prices. I will do what I can to try to satisfy you and give you 5 star service.

For those of you that have stood by me, thank you from the bottom of my heart. For new & potential customers, please know I am a good person and a good eBay seller. The past few months were unexpected and a difficult blow. I have overcome it and am here to make you happy.

Just a little about us. We're a mother & daughter team that just happens to have an obsession for pretty things, shiny things ... such as Vintage & Costume jewelery! We love it all, from bakelite to Rhinestones. 

Once the jewelry started taking over our houses, we decided we couldn't buy new 'pretties' until we got rid of some that we already had *gasp* ... get rid of it! After a little coaxing from our husbands, we decided to try selling some of it on eBay. At least this way, we know our jewels are going to good homes ... and people will adore it as we do.

Once my dear husband found out we were doing darn good at this eBay thing, he wanted a piece of it. I think the entire county heard me laughing!! Once I stopped laughing, I let him clean the jewelry, repair it, if needed, and do all of the shipping. Oh yes, I can live with that!

Once my husband got the eBay bug, he wanted to sell EVERYTHING. I tried to explain to him I enjoy sleeping on our bed & having dishes to eat off of. That was when he decided it would be a good idea to attend local estate auctions and get more 'stuff'. I get great 'jools' and he gets ... well everything else.

Then my husband decided he wants to sell his custom made stained glass. He is obsessed about his stained glass like I am with my jewelry. His stained glass store is under construction. We will add a link once it's up and running.
