For the moment I am not listing all the products I have to offer, only a few. However, I am here to provide you with access to the largest inventory of genuine, brand name fragrances, skincare, cosmetics and more at the lowest possible prices! I offer many discounted fragrances, skincare and cosmetics. Many of the fragrances are discontinued or hard to find. But I give you my word that you will find what you want with me! What is the difference between Pure Perfume, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, and Eau de Cologne? The differences are simply a matter of the amount or concentration of oils in the fragrance. The highest concentration is in pure perfume (or parfum). Next would be Eau de Parfum, then Eau de Toilette, and finally Eau de Cologne. Some manufacturers make a solid perfume, solid perfume is as strong as a pure perfume however it is in a gel-like consistency. Eau De Toilette and Eau De Cologne are generally interchangeable, especially in Men's fragrances. After Shave has the least amount of oils. The higher the concentration the longer your fragrance will last, and the less you need to apply. What are Testers or Unboxed items? Testers are what you see on the department store counters for customers to try out. Most of the fragrance companies make testers to promote their products. Depending on the manufacturer, testers may come in a plain white, brown or no box at all. It may also come with or without a cap (lid). It may also have printed writing or a label with Tester or Demonstration on them. By the way, we don't sell any tester or unboxed items in our store. :o) Are your products 100% authentic / genuine? Yes, we guarantee 100% authenticity on all the items we sell in our store. Bring me back to FAQ! What do fragrance notes refer to? Fragrances are comprised of many different scents, these scents are called "notes." Top notes are very light and last just a few minutes (5-10 minutes). Middle notes become apparent in about 15 minutes after application. These can last up to an hour or more. Bottom notes are the heavier ingredients. These last the longest, usually for several hours. How can I keep my fragrance from going bad? Keep all fragrances in a cool, dry area, and away from windows as sunlight can unbalance the various ingredients. An opened bottle should be kept in its box to insure a longer shelf life. My fragrance has been discontinued, do you have it in stock in your store? We probably have it! We have access to thousands of fragrances, many of these have been discontinued or are very hard to find elsewhere! All fragrances are stored in a temperature and humidity controlled warehouse to keep them fresh! Bring me back to FAQ! Why do some fragrances seem to last much longer than others? People with dry skin usually find their fragrance holding time shorter than those with oily skin because oily skin has more natural moisture to hold in the fragrance. PH levels (amount of acidity in our skin) also varies slightly from person to person. Our individual levels of PH will determine how each ingredient in a fragrance will react. How can I make my fragrance last longer? Fragrance lasts longer on some people than on others because of differences in our skin (oily or dry) and in our PH levels. To achieve a longer effect, try layering your fragrance. Using the fragrance bath gel, (if the company offers one), then the moisturizer or powder, and then the Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum or Eau de Cologne, will usually have a longer lasting effect. Also, apply your fragrance low on the body, as well as behind your ears and on your neck, so that the scent rises and you won't lose it as quickly. A light spray on the hair can last all day. What are the differences between After Shave Lotion, After Shave Gel, and After Shave Balm?
After Shave Lotion (Clear): Usually stings and will help to close your
pores.
After Shave Balm (Milky): Soothing to your skin. (Ideal for Dry Skin)
After Shave Gel (Gel): Soothes and Cools your skin. (Relieves razor burn)

About Returns and Exchange
What is your return policy?
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 14 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.
We cannot accept items for return that have been opened or used.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.
What if my products arrived damaged?
In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify our shipping service provider and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.
We will gladly exchange your order within 14 days of receipt and as long as the item you have received is unopened/unused in its original condition.

About Shipping
Do you offer shipping discount on multiple item order?
Yes, we gladly do offer discount on multiple item order as long as they are paid and shipped together to one location. Each additional item you buy is $5.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. We ship to over 120 countries; yours might possibly be in list! Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a package reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the costs may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we do. We can ship to international destinations via USPS Postal Service. This includes APO/FPO addresses. Customs duties and taxes may be collected at the time of delivery and have to be paid by you.
What is the arrival time for my item(s)?
Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 hours from the time that the order is placed. Therefore, most of our customer's orders should be received within 4-12 business days from the time that you place your order depending on what shipping method you chose and your country.

All U.S. orders are shipped via a trackable shipping carrier (UPS).
Exception: orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes and military addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation.
Ships via UPS standard Ground or 2nd day air.
CANADA
Ships via UPS standard Ground or USPS.
INTERNATIONAL

About Orders & Payments
What if I never received my order(s)?
Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, Fragrances.Bay is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address.
If a customer issues a complaint that they did not receive their product despite delivery confirmation, we will pursue a claim with our shipping service provider on behalf of the customer (you) that the courier service didn't deliver the product to the correct person or that they left the product in a susceptible area.
If funds are returned to us from our shipping service provider, we will credit our customer.
Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that our shipping service provider will accept our claim.
If Fragrance.Bay determines that there was in fact product missing from the package, we will credit you immediately.
Will I be charged sales tax?
State laws in the US require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of New York only. All orders outside of New York will not be charged.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We only accept PayPal for the moment.
How can I check on the status of my order?
After we processed your order we will provide you a tracking number/delivery confirmation.

What if the item I am looking is not listed or out of stock?
Please let us know if you want a product that is not listed in our store. We carry many genuine fragrances, skincare, cosmetics brand names products. It will be a pleasure for us to find it for you and list on Ebay to comply with their policies. Please include the brand name and the size you want when you request. You will be offered a competitive and discounted price of course!
